I ordered (Biller id is 9823) three kurti (Kurti 79, kurti 82 and kurti 5). When i received the order i got two dirty saree. Then i tried to call customer care many times, but there is not any single reply.in billing there is not any mail id or the web site of the above mentioned company. Then i tried to search the company mail id on internet to return the product, but i didn't get that one. I fell helpless and do not know how to get back...

I have ordered a pink fluffy cute gown and when i received i saw a green worst beggar saree. Its like someone used it packing inside is also in a torn cover. Only outside cover is sealed. Worst service ever. Biggest fraud. I have tried reaching them through email and phone but no one responded. Worst company. Cheat. I left emails. Their phone number is always busy and their exevutives are never available....

Today when i received i felt good as it was packed in double cover, but when i opened it.. My anger was bursting out.
Forget about kurti but one saree i received n that saree is too old torn and very dirty same like beggar saree. I am not even feeling to touch it as it looking so disgusting.
How can they do this much big fraud.
I am gonna sue your company....

I had ordered a lehenga of rs.863 and a torn used saaree was delivered to me instead of designer lehenga. Its a fraud company. The money has been taken and the desired product hasnt been recieved. We have tried contacting the company but thr is no response.. Other people have also been facing same issue. Address of company - fashion street. Customer care: [protected]....

This is not a way to do business. We are trusting online shoping and u have cheated so many peoples including me. I have ordered 3 saree, 2 saree received but it is not relevant that i have ordered, i have not opened also. And 1 more still not received but paid. Totally i lost 2000 worth rupees.

I have mailed u also and i got only one reply saying "we received your complain, your ticket number : 2695...

I have ordered a suit bt when i got the parcel it was a saree. Worst c grade saree... And when i fill up the return form there was no response... It is only a fake site.. If anyone got the refund plz tell the procedure of getting the refund... Nd plz before ordering from any new site kindly see it's reviews... And plz help me if any one got the refund......

Have ordered two sarees and one gown and they charged me 1833/-. And they delivered 3 untidy old sarees, when i have called up their customer care number there is an auto responding call that customer executives are always busy and they will arrange a call back, there was never a call back was arranged. I ordered lehenga 1 week ago and what i got was an old beggar sari and a piece of mosquito curtain i don't want to waste my hard earned money on this piece of #. Rs. 2372 i am actually regretting my action... These same fraudsters are also present in sites like bluelady etc.

What the hell... Worst service ever seen... I ordered something else... N what u have sent me is totally different... Different clothes that too such worse that even cannot be mentioned... 😡😡😡😡... N when i called u... U don't even connect with your executive... N u promise to call back... N even don't do so... Worst experience...
