I want to return my product I received wrong product.i ordered for saree, I received a piece totally different and wasted piece of clothe and it's no worth rs.647 stop making fraud with people.i need my money back immediately as I am professional lawyer and would take this matter to consumer court if the action is not taken with 36 hr.

I have ordered a long anarkali suit on veerzara online. I saw this site on facebook the order number was #30205. Product name veerzara limited edition. I received the parcel today & i've paid 863.00 for it. And i received an old sari, which was completely wet and moist!!! I swear i never ordered any saree. Now i'm so worried sick. I purchased online veerzara limited edition lehenga 25, veerzara limited edition saree 208. On 30/11/2018 from veerzara site but i received totally different color and quality product im very disappointed from this purchase.
After that all i request to return the product and return form filled return form on 02/12/2018 but no response from veerzara. Even given whatsapp number is also getting switch off.
