I had ordered for the vegetables on.onlibe shopping for Rs.454.and the schedule date of Delivery was 13.11.2021 till date nothing has been confirmed towards the same if not possible to deliver let them reimburse the amount....

I had ordered Vegetables online for rupees 190 from the above mentioned online shopping facility on 11.11.2021.
To my surprise, I did not receive any confirmation of order. Now when I try to contact the customer care, there is no contact details available. And there are no signs of items being delivered.
Therefore I claim refund of the paid amount through this complaint...

Dear support,
I tried to make an order in ur site and amount deducted twice. Earlier amount credited for failure transaction but later the transaction failed but amount not returned. I tried all gateways amd UPI options. But everything failed. Is that ur site working or not? Pl return back amount.
