I have already submitted my documents in proscribed format to make changes in my demat a/c but even today no changes done. I sent all the papers on[protected] through DTDC courier. Nsdl sending sms to make changes otherwise they are going to make my demat a/c inactive.Docuements sent to Shri Yogesh Kelkar. Sir, I beg to say that I am Ventura-Client (ID[protected]..I submitted my pay-out request for Rs.426/- on dated 21/06/2021.But I couldn't get this money in my PNB account upto this time..Why its being delay..plz as soon as solve my problem..

When i opened the account it was said that they have plans such of rs 5000/- and rs 10, 000/- etc and this money is considered as advance brokerage and it will be adjusted against the brokerage which is generated against any trading done by me.

But i was not able to trade so i had called the representative who had opened my account asking him that i want my advance money to be refunded.
He initially told that the amount will be refunded.

Now, you are saying that the amount will not be refunded.

No response from concern team, lazy buggers keeps a call on hold for more than 20 mins without any reason, no manners to talk with customers. And especially bangalore team looks like they are brokers of prostitution. Not in stock market... Disconnects the calls multiple times to give the required information. And they are not closing the account also...

At Ventura Securities, customers will not get any service once they open an account.They have installed a unique phone system to discourage customers from calling.It routes you through a system that confuses customers, waste their time and cost money. This is both at local branch as well as at their Mumbai Head Office. When you call to put a trade, most of the time you will have to call 3 to 4 times to reach a dealer, and after reaching him he will rudely tell you to use online trading system. Funny thing is if you ask how to use their online trading platform ' New Pointer', they will tell you that they are not familiar with its features and to contact customer care. When you contact customer care, they will tell you to contact the branch ! This is only one example. The list is endless. My e-mail ID is [protected]@outlook.com.

We have submitted a courier (z[protected]on dated[protected] in sector 18c Mr dinesh kumar but still today date this courier didn't deliver. why did u delay delivery of this courier . we didn't satisfy your services . now we think we should change our courier service.

sir I am Arpit Jaiswal (male) from Lucknow (u.p), i have a fraud from ventura secuirties Lucknow branch. when i went in ventura office, i got a information is that initial amout which he opens a trading a/c is rs . 3500 and he give a full fund (rs 3500) for trading and he also give a limit which is 10 times to client amount. and finally when i got a client id and its password so i got rs . 0 in his a/c and then i contact with ventura...

I GOT FRANCHISEE FROM VENTURA SECURITIES LTD.
THEY HIDE SOME CHARGES AGAINST MY CLIENT.
I OPENED SOME DEMAT ACCOUNT AFTER THAT ONLY I CAME TO KNOW ABOUT THAT CHARGES.SO I CAN'T RUN PROPERLY MY BUSINESS. EVERYONE MUST KNOW ALL CHARGES BEFORE GET FRANCHISEE FROM STOCK BROKER.

My account number : 91380157 Branch : Matunga

It was never told to me that if you don't trade this money will not be refunded

So i feel that VENTURA SECURITIES LTD HAVE CHEATED ON ME SO ASK FOR JUSTICE

VENTURA SECURITIES LTD

This company says they have online share trading system and having software call POINTER.
According to online trading this system is completly wrong, today POINTER show some differance and the day after show you onother position
Making customer full or what?
Is software call POINTER is reliable for online trading or what?
Confirmation, Demat position always showing wrong amount,...

Dear Sir/Madam,
I ARUN V PARIKH registered with ventura securities ltd (Mumbai) by client ID 74175.
I had given cheque of Rs 45000/- to ventura via moneyplant securities (sub broker) on dt 10/01/2008 (see attechment) to deposit in my ID 74175. Till date this amount has been not credited to my ID 74175.
Therafter, everynow & then asking about this matter to Mrs Aarati V Muley (Moneyplant) she has failed to revert my cheque to my ID 74175.
On strongly demand made by me she bluntly refused on 10/03/2010.in these two years i was repeattedly asking for my money but she deached my GOOD FAITH and passed this time (two years) intensonly.
By same day i went to ventura's office at vikhroli,there i met Mrs Maria Fernandes,by presenting copy (xerox) of chq of above attechment.She conformed after getting through her recourds that this chq got credited to ID 74087 (Mrs Rajani S Muley). Mr D P Singh was not present at that time, she asked me to wait for a day or two.
Then after about 12-15 days,in all verbal talk via phone with Mr D P Singh sent one letter by couirrar on 29/03/2010 recived by me on 30/03/2010 (see attechment) refused to transfer this amount and advised me to meet Mrs Aarati V Muley in her office on 04/04/2010 at 10 a.m.
As on today,I am very much confused to get these kind of behaviour by both (ventura & Mrs Aarati V Muley).
Please help me out to get my money back from them
i.e.. On dt 31/03/2010 i have registered this matter with Samtanagar Police Station Kandivli-east.(seeattechment). Do needful & will be waiting for your reply.
