With Venus Detective Review sharing my experience. After 5 years of my marriage, I got to know that my husband is giving me a divorce. It made me unconscious, so I want to know the reason behind this. I approached the Venus detective to find out the truth. After the investigation, I get to know that he has an affair with other women. The Venus Detective team helped me in collecting the evidence to prove my innocence. Venus detective is a fraud and cheat company. I live in uk and i remitted them 2000 gbp for some of my work in pune. Initially they were very polite and sounded professional but soon as they got credit in their account they stopped picking my calls. Not at all trustworthy. Total cheats.

Advice : refrain from using services from this agency. Sitting in some other country only research work could help because you cannot meet physically for your work.

Never pay advance money to this company - safety tips.

I had been a customer to this company and brutally cheated by them. We contact detective companies because we are in distress and we want resolution to our problems, but getting indulged with a company like venus detective agency might increase your problems manifolds. I was already going through a lot of domestic problems and at one point of time i was so much harassed by this company that i though of committing suicide but somehow my friends and family came to rescue. Anyways, i don't want to project my agony any further that was caused to me due to this company. But for the general awareness of the public, i would like to highlight certain points:

1) this company is run by a so called female entrepreneur who got media publicity not because she was capable enough to handle cases but only that she is a female and working as a detective which a a hot story for media houses. So, media publicity is just a gimmick.
2) even if you anyhow decide to ahead with them, then do not pay them in advance. Always pay after the job gets successfully completed and ensure to make a bank account transfer and procure a tax invoice in lieu of payments made to them. I have researched and come to know that these buggers are not even paying taxes to government authorities.
3) record all their conversations on mobile to have an evidence against them. Never speak to them on whats app calls.
4) don't make your positive view about them based on their 5 star ratings. All these ratings have been posted by their own team.
5) check the reputation of this company through any recognized/ bigger company. You will get the real picture about them.
6) they claim to have a detective institute and many employees on the payrolls of the company. Check their payroll register. How can they run a detective institute without even being trained themselves.
7) they claim to have worked for many corporate, ask them to show their form 26 as to prove that they have actually worked for these corporate.
8) just check the educational qualification of the owner of this company and you would realise the truth. Their is no professional management in this company.
9) personally visit their office and see the set up that they have. Always take a written proposal from them with clear commitments before proceeding ahead with any work.
10) do not get carried away just because they charge you a lower fee than their industry standards. Charging a low fee is just to lure the customers to fall into their trap and later get blackmailed.
11) even if you have made a wrong choice by hiring this company and you are getting blackmailed by them... Don't get perturbed and don't get scared. Approach the local police and take them into confidence. They will surely deal with your problem secretly. Alternatively, you may file a case in consumer forum also.

It is not bad to hire a detective company as many of them are doing a good job and sincerely working towards their clients, but do hire any one after doing a proper due diligence of the company. Remember the safety tips and avoid getting cheated. You would always go to a good doctor in a medical emergency and a good advocate in legal issue, similarly do good research and go to a good detective company for a investigative requirement.

So what ever stay remail calm. Later i come to know that they caught the subject red handed and blackmail her and took the money to keep their mouth shut.

This is run by fraudulent people who earn by dubious means and stop picking up calls or responding to messages when you repeatedly call and ask them for refund they use foul language and challenge you to get the refund and threatened to expose the case for which you approached, this company is completely unethical and must be closed immediately as there are numerous complaints against them and they continue this malpractice with new people all the time!!

I have contacted Venus Detectives in mid of June 2017 in regards to an enquiry about an address.

They promised that their agency will provide me the requested address within 3-4 days if I make an advance payment of Rs. 10000 and the remaining fee of Rs. 5000 will be payable on delivery of requested address.

Hence, as per their request I made an advance payment of Rs. 10000 to them in cash on 02nd June 2017 which I personally handed over to Ms Akriti Khatri in front of Bikanerwala, near Geeta Colony Police station where she came to collect the payment in her Silver i10 Car.

However, I have not received the requested address yet. I am calling their agency 10-15 times every day but my calls are being ignored. I have also tried to contact their agency via Whatsapp and I can see that my messages are delivered but still no one from their agency has bothered to call/message/reply me back with a response. It is highly unprofessional and not expected from an agency like theirs.

I requested them to refund my money as soon as possible as they have not delivered the requested address as promised. But they are still not answering my calls and returning my money. I cannot wait any longer as it has been over 3 months now.

I request the consumer court to take strict action against Ms Akriti Khatri for this fraud.

We hired Venus Detectives and Owner Akriti Khatri for a pre-matrimonial check on 3rd June 2016. She took 80% of the money and post that started avoiding our calls, messages and only when we called on the toll free number did we get to address our concern. Aakriti shouted and screamed on the phone when accused and refused to refund telling us to go to the police. Not only that she and her team tried to mislead us with wrong information and made false claims of work when there was no accountiability. Repeated attempts and pleas to either refund or give us information fell on deaf ears and there is no information from their end and no one picks the phone now. She is a cheat and a fraudster who sweet-talks you into hiring her and once you pay, she won't even attend your call forget about working for you!
