This is the complain regarding the LPG cylinder which is delivered by the hawker to me, Your halker (Indrapal) is simply a ### he steals the gas in front of me in the my street and if i ask him to measure the cylinder he straight away asks me "Gas lena hi to lo warna jao"what kind of behaviour is this, is this some kind of circus or jail where he can dictate the terms for me or i am his servant or what.??? i am paying for this cylinder this isn't some free stuff which i am getting from him, Listen up, if you aren't doing anything than get ready, for that video to get posted online i warn you again GET THIS BLOODY HAWKER OUT OF MY SERVICE...!!!Or else get ready to face the consequences online and o the consumer court as for the past 3-4 years i am tolerating this ### again and again.Just afew things to note at last:-*They change the weight of gas marking by using markers and whiteners.*They use a tube to transfer gas between cylinders.*They have the cap-opener stuff which helps them open the cap without breaking the seal on the gas Regards,

    The verma gas agency booked and delivered the cylender or sale it in black rate at my gas connection no- cx8720251, we have received a massege at my number vide booking ref no.797156 and 814494, and cash memo also generated no-[protected] and[protected] and it delivered where i dont know and i can not book any cylender for 2 months and i also talk to agency but no responce received .Kindly take action immediately without further delay

      To, Indane gas, Delhi Subject : 1. Delay In delivery of gas cylinder 2. Weight of delivered gas is less than actual weight on delivery time. 3.There is no. Response by agency against any complaint. Sir, With due respect I want to say I am regular customer of Indian oil, Due to agency responsibility, I am facing a lot of problem. So please read the issue and take action against it. Delivery boy deliver gas less than its actual weight by 3 kg. to 4 kg. due to this my monthly budget disturbed in this regarding I had complaint gas agency but there is no action taken by agency. Complain no. is 7. After the booking of cylinder agency supplied the cylinder after 8 to 10 days. Due to this I face a lot of problem and we have to purchase the gas from market at high cost. It has incurred lot of burden over us. It is requested you to go through this matter and try to remove this issue, this will helps us a lot. So sir please take action on the gas agency and its delivery boy for company reputation and customer satisfaction. Pankaj Kumar Das Cust.       I am regular customer for indane gas.but after take mber from verma gas agency i never received a full sylinder from 2013.

        Dear sir, I am compelled to register a complain based on following reasons. First of all it is a general phenomenon that cyl booking through phone call is impossible the same is never picked on ringing and then it is found engaged. however could book through 24 hrs booking dial no vide order no 8981 dated 14/07/2011 and a cylinder was delivered home on dated 19/07/2011 received by my old father at home. TILL HERE WE WERE ALL HAPPY FINDING A SOLUTION OF BOOKING GAS CYLINDER.

        BUT TONIGHT ON DATED 2/08/2011 WHEN WE WENT TO REPLACE THE RECEIVED CYLINDER WE WERE SHOCKED TO FIND THAT THERE WAS NO SEAL ON THE CAP AND THEREAFTER ON REMOVING THE CAP HEAVY LEAKAGE IS OBSERVED. THIS IS DANGEROUS, THE FAMILY COULD HAVE GOT KILLED IF THERE HAD BEEN LEAKAGE THROUGH CAP INITIALLY. THE CYLINDER IS ALSO FOUND LIGHT IN WEIGHT EVEN WITHOUT USE, WHICH CAN BE INSPECTED.

        NOW I HAVE SERIOUS DOUBT ABOUT THE LEAKAGE AND SERVICES PROVIDED BY VERMA GAS AGENCY PERSONNEL COMING TO THE COLONY. THE CYLINDER IS KEPT IN THE BALCONY IN THE OPEN.NOW. IT IS THEREFORE REQUESTED FOR IMMEDIATE ATTENTION AND REPLACEMENT OF THE CYLINDER AND ASSURANCE THAT THIS TYPE OF INCIDENT IS NOT REPEATED IN FUTURE.
        CAUTION IS IMPERATIVE. IMMEDIATE ATTENTION IS REQUIRED.

          Sir/Madam
          I am a resident of Mandawali gali no-2 Delhi-92 . This is to complaint against Verma gas agency for short supply of LPG gas . since last 3years we are getting gas cylinders from VGS our consumer no is M977, every time I inform & complaint with Verma gas Agency but no body is showing the interest to resolve the problem when we called up verma gas agency and one lady picked up the phone and casually said that we cant do anything just take up with supply boy . I know there is no value of problem of consumers anymore but i think if you people are giving the services then you yourself is responsible for the consequences.

          I booked the gas on 22.08.10 & till time gas is not recd. by us, 2 times supply boy came but one time it was short of 2 KG & one time it was short by 3 KG.
          now since yesterday we are not able to cook food at home.

          I hope that u will take action against the concerned persons on the below mentioned points

          I hope you take the required action under intimation to us (no [protected] and email id [protected]@ymail.com otherwise i have no other option but to refer the complaint to Ms Shiela dikshit's public grievance cell / Indian Oil Company

            I am a customer with Verma Gas agency at F-6, Pal Market, Mandawali, Delhi. My consumer # 26775. The phone numbers[protected], 22619581 never works so that we could book it from home. The distributor Mr. Mukesh,is out of town and Mr. Satbir, Rajesh, their phone doesn't work. I had booked on the 9th of Feb. till today i did not get the gas. Kindly help me in this regard.

            CALL NOT PICKED BY VERMA AGENCY

            From last days i m trying to connect with Verma gas Agency Number but no one is picking phone. His number is always showing busy.[protected],[protected].

                Sir,

                I am a customer (Customer # 26775)with Verma Gas agency, earlier it was with Roop gas agency. Every time I book for a refill, though the receipt comes from the agency to the hands of the godown incharge they never deliver it on time. They take at least anothe four to five days. I have booked on 4th, and from the office the receipt was send, but I did not get the cylinder till today. The incharge is Mr. Rajesh- [protected], and the man who deliver the cylinder is Mr. Rajender- [protected]. After booking, I have to call Mr. Rajender atleast five to seven times, then only I will get after 8-10 days. Last time he brought a opened cylinder and that was send back, and again he brought another opened cylinder. Since I had no other way I had to accept it. I strongly doubt that this man really try to sell in black where it is sold for Rs. 600-700. I would request the authority / Verma Gas agency to see it and take the matter seriously and help us in this regard.

                This isvery disgusting i think no body is responsible in this agency phone inever work always so many times engage means receiver not on credle thst is not busy but you cant talk bcz engage.. always short gas. why... this is very poor this is cheating with consumer. plz take action for imorove it.

                  This is to state that your customer with M/s verma Gas agency I have Verma gas agency tel. no. as 22473374, 22473808 as printed on their cash memo. When I need to book a refilling of cylinder I try a lot on telephone but usually get the response that either the telephones are temperary out of service, phones are not answered or phone is busy . So I have to go to their office for booking of the same. since last three days I tried to contact them on telephones but the reply was " tel. is busy ". Sir this is very hard to go every time personally to their office for booking in today's mechanical life. Please advise me what to do for permanent solution and get my booking registered for refilled cylinder at the earliest. Your prompt response/action shall be highly soliciated. Please cofirm the same.

                  It is very much true. I always had to go personally to book the gas. After one year, it was the first time I did the booking through phone this time. Probably because of the complaint. Very much appreciated Mr. Dileep.

                  verma gas agency — Telephone Engaged always

                  I have been trying to book for gas refill since morning with the following phone numbers:[protected], 22619581. It always tells that the subscriber is busy. The reality is that they keep the phone out. This is what they used to do in the past, and for few months it was working and now they started again. Very poor service. Unless we drive all the way to Mandawali, you will never be able to book again.

I booked gas cylinder 15 Feb'2010 with toolfree no. 1260 and again booked on 24 feb'2010 by phone but still not deliver. Telephone number every time line engased.... My borth Cylinder is empty last 5 days, what I will do.....?

                  verma gas agency — delays in LPG delivery

                  Our consumer no. RT25848, Address - B-1/80, Gali No -4 , New Ashok Nagar, New Delhi - 96. Mobile No - [protected] or [protected]. I have booked gas through online service by this no. [protected] before 2nd of Aug'11.

                  However, cylinder is not yet delivered. Really going through pain getting this booking process done. Please help in delivering the cylinder at the earliest.
