Vero Forza Complaints & Reviews

The veroforza company gaming acessories and i am the onw who ordered a mobile cooler from their official site but when the product arrived at my home it was fully defected and a destroyed one, i requested them for replacement but i got no reply, its been days now since i sent them multiple requests about the defected product but update till now, i ordered a arctic mobile cooler .

Dear Team,

The order is placed on 12 Aug Today is 15 Aug Still There is no update related to it
I even called support executive yesterday
First of all you guys didn’t even pick up the calls or switch off your phones.
He told me that he will send me tracking id / update on WhatsApp
But still there is no update yet,
Legal action should be taken.

FYI : I ordered artic wireless gaming mobile pad on 12 Aug.

Date 30 October 2022 I paid 299 rs for mobile gamming finger sleeve on your Vero froza official website it was showing my order #18998 pending payment so I canceled it I have paid 299 rs through Paytm UPI app my money was deducted I tried to email you but [protected]@veroforza.com shows email address not found I have requested refund from you 3 to 4 times in contact us on vero forza official website but till now I have not received any reply from vero forza.
please refund me the full amount immediately
