I'm Clifford Ebby. I've gone to the vestige office in tirupur, branch near new bus stand.
When I came there the male staff was sweeping the room. I called him. He didn't mind me. After sometimes he responded. I asked him sanitary pads. And I have coupons, I thought o[censored]sing that coupons. He was like just now I opened the shop and wait for one hour to switch on the system. Office timing is 10 a.m. I went there around 10.30 a.m. Is this the customer service?? If you don't want to sell your product just close the office. These kind of staffs just damaging the name of your company. We have several options to get sanitary pads. Why the hell we should travel this much distance to get your product?? We are thinking to change the products instead of vesting products. Think of it.

I took products worth 3198 from vestige.. I had some issues (given to vestige) so i returned the products and they said you'll get refund in 3 days. I went to jaipur branch near ajmeri gate.. It has been 15 days since i returned the product and still got no money.. I don't know why such a big company is depleting it's mouth to mouth popularity.. I've told many distributors this problem and now they are also leaving it.. I called in their...

Vinay from ghumar basti hareri road sangrur, visited our house and telling stories about vestige. He told us once we join he will work himself, we don't have to do anything. And agreed he will return back money of products . he did nothing and no one joined under our id named Tarsem singh ... what a ###. I want this vestige company to fire out this person and advice others not to lie....

Hi, we purchase sharp water purifier through vestige last year in november or december month. After 3 or 4 months we are facing issue in the purifier. Even we are guided by our uplines that if there is any issue in this vestige will be take care about this and replace the product on very soon.

Kindly look into this. And replace our product.

My name is Ramakrishna Lingiri. I am a distributor with the vestige company in India with ID 92049429. For the month of FEB 2021, I earned a check of 506 rupees. But unfortunately, that check got expired and despite several of my requests with the vestige company, Company had not deposited my payment for the month of Feb 2021. I have provided my bank details with the vestige company mail id. But they are not responding....

My mom order a water filter from the vestige employee but after few hours when she called them back to cancel the product they directly said NO and talked to my mom very rudely. And said that we have paid for the order and we will drop it in your home and you will have to pay for it . They are trying to sell their products forcefully

I went to this branch today for product purchase my mode of payment is through debit card, one male bald staff asking debit card password 🔑 verbally for billing, password should enter by me not by anyone. he is telling if your not sharing password we cannot process with disrespectful speech way. password should be enter by myself. No respect for customers, very worst service in Chennai kodungaiyur branch. Please 🙏 take action to this staff & please place a person who give respect & values to the customer.

Since one year i have not received my order though i called every person possible, my money was deducted and i have not received the order, atleast please refund my money.

On 25th Feb. I ordered products worth 1700 Rs. and paid the amount successfully on the date itself. It's been 8 days and I haven't received any order or even oeder tracking details, confirmation, dispatched information nothing...I tried calling customer care and the branch...But didn't get any satisfactory response.

Last year in june or July i ordered some items which costs nearly Rs.1010. The delivery date was nearly 30 days after the day i order so when the delivery boy called me he told i can't deliver tha product at home so i told him to cancel it. I cancelled it myself but it past more than half a year but i didn't get amount back. Not even coupon on my account. I complained on customer care number but none took it serious. I'm very worry about this.

This complaint is regarding my first visit to a Vestige shop at jagatsinghpur.

I asked them to show me a product that I wanted to buy but the shopkeeper said first pay the product amount then we will show you the product.

This was very annoying experience to me.
How can pay the bill without see the product that also at a shop.

I have purchased vestige products online and the payment was done too. However i have to cancel my order due to some problem in my address. Now my question is how will i get my deducted money back?

Hii i am totally fadup from yours products. It's quality totally cheap as well it's not work. So give me a particular solution regarding your product

Its been twice now. Due to the lockdown i understood them the first time but they are doing it again. Despite of no lockdown the product is not yet delivered i had placed the order on 18th may

1st of all no invoice is given in home delivery (In this case not done delivery, personally i go and take parcel) and 2 nos prouducts are in seal open condition and one item quantity is wrong, ordered 12 nos, gotted 10 nos only.

I have just ordered the product on 24 march 2020 but due to lockdown they are not able to deliver it as i call their customer care representative but when I ask for refunds they refuses me .They charges Rs.60 for all india delivery plus the amount of the product if they can not deliver the item then they can make refunds

Visited first time in person to the store. Shop keeper didnt provide the form to fill the items got confused with the soaps n bill was done. Shop keeper behaviour is too bad. Poor response n nasty behaviour n handling towards customers. Female abusement towards few village ladies they stucked at selecting few products this shop keeper response was too harsh towards them. Please consider n take immediate action towards him

I purchased a kit of tablets of aloe vera and was amazed to find out silica gel along with the tablets in ghe same container though the silica get was covered in sashe it could be a threat of consuming the same and along lead to health problems...

The company should look forward for the consumers health and try not to use such poisnous product along with the medicines and use some other kind of non poisonous products instead

I ordered few items on 11th Aug. It is more than 2 and half month but yet product is not delivered to my address. I made multiple complaints regarding this. I spoke to customer care executive Deepak, Sanjiv(Assistant manager) and Jatin(delhi Office). They all made false promise only that your issue would be resolved. They also promised me that your amount would be revert but nothing happened till now.
If possible please look into this issue and try to solve it ASAP.
