Fun portal service deducted 20 rupees from my main account balance on 12/11/2022 which is completely unwanted deduction. I requested so many times but they refused to refund my money. Can you please help me to get back my amount.

On 26 September, I received sms from Vodafone Idea that Rs.15 have been deducted from my postpaid balance for bcafe service in which I'm unaware of such a service and never have given my consent nor a request for such a service.
Vi need to refund that sum immediately.

I am complaining for past 2-3 months about data speed network accessibility but they are not doing anything about it please do something about it they charge money for 4G services but i am not getting even proper 3G networks

I made a request to port out from Vi India around 3pm today, from I have been receiving calls from various unknown numbers of Vi India call centres, almost every five minutes. Despite telling them repeatedly to stop calling me unnecessarily, they have been persistent in their harassment.
It has caused me unnecessary stress and disrupted my work and other duties.
I am attaching screenshots of my call history to show how many calls I have received in the last few hours.
