As the company is closed and subjected as a fraud company. We the customer still not recovered any amount from the company. Please let us know any way so that we recover our amount which we have invested. We cannot find any solution of recovering this amount. The agents are also not helping us in any way and we couldnt get any helo from the company.

I am S Nayak .I had invested in vibgyor allied infrastructure ltd in two phase.The matured amount of both was sent to me by cheque.But there was no money in the account of vibgyor allied infrastructure ltd. There fore bank(SBI of burdwan) did not accept both the cheques.Then i went to burdwan branch office of vibgyor.The vibgyor official told me to reinvest 50% of both the cheques and rest amount they will return to me by fresh cheque.But till date(4th january 2017) they have not refund me the money .they have not issued fresh bond(50% of reinvested amount).

An amount of Rs 10000 was invested in VIBGYOR ALLIEDE INFRASTRUCTURE LIMITED On 05/11/2009 through agent name Supradip Sarkar code 48592 .The details are as follows

The above said OFCD has matured on 05/05/2015 and the maturity value is Rs 20000/_ Since then I have requested the Agent several times to payback the total amount but till date amount is not paid back.Request you to help me to get back the amount.

I invested rs.400000 at ofcd of vibgyor allied infrastructure ltd the kolkata based real estate company with registration no.120034 (roc kolkata). it has passed one and half years from the maturity date but still the company has not refunded the redemption amount. the response from their branch office in assam is unsatisfactory. i want to request refund of redemption amount.
