Shortage of water supply-vpcc

Dear sir,
we are living at Vighnahrta Park Anmol Anagari Garibacha Wada Dombivli West 421202, From January 2009 facing irregular water supply, i think this is due to new connections, kdmc not change the MAINLINE line pipeline size, day by day new building get the connection from KDMC,
divide the pressure,
so please request you to solve this problem on an immediate basis.
