I received gas cylinder to my home on 9.1.2020 afternoon around 2.30 pm by fat black delivery man, he checked the new cylinder with gas stove and he left the cylinder and stove both open, my wife and kids came outside to give money after he checked, after that, my family played outside 20 minutes and went inside home, all home was heavily filled by gas and lights are on, only by gods grace nothing happen, please take severe action on this.br...

My name is mehfuz son of mehmood farooqui. I had requested soft copy of my subsidy amount credited to my dad's linked account from jan 2017 till date. I had attached email screenshot as well. I had sent my first request on 4th september 2018 and from then doing follow n number of times but there is no solution. Please help
