Called them to know the breakup of costs for their new exurb project at thiruporur. The executives are not very informed about anything. If ask what s the registration cost, they say please come for site visit, if i ask what is the what is the sq. Ft for studio vs 2bhk, they do not know and say, please come for site visit and we will provide you all details. I don't understand, how come they have such people who do not know even such basic details.. Sad, i wonder how much will i have to suffer if i commit any further. No professionalism at all.

Very bad experience. We lost all our money. Vijay raja is a fraud company. Dont even think about buying a plot or home from this company. Your life will be ruined if you take such a decision. They have not refunded my money even after 180 days.
Don't ever believe the words of aravind, selva. They dont even keep up their words. They are worst cheaters.
This company should be banned by the credai and the government.
Rera act didn't apply to my project.
