HI ALL, VIJAYA TECHNOLOGIES doing fraud HTML AND DATA MINING PROJECTS.......They collect money, next day onward they will not lift the phone calls.. they are away from the phone calls.....HE does't have office and show various friends institution/office...they buildup his own office... after paying the money he is away...he does't lift the phone...VERY HIGH TECH AND INTELLIGENCE CHEATER IS MR JOSEF DINKAR...........HIS NUMBER...
