Hello, i recently ordered an item and they said it's out of stock though I already paid online later they should returned product in website and I didn't receive my refund it's been 5 days and no information regarding my refund !!

I have purchased topu soya paneer from vijetha super market on 02/12/2023 at madhinaguda store after opening the product it smells like cow dung and spoiled.

Biggest illegal action happened in vijetha super market on 4th june 2023, In Billing counter one of the swiper, who used to do other cleaning work standing in the billing counter, at the billing my product he announces my Mobile number linked with Membership of vijetha, and by listening my number the billing counter next to my billing counter adding my Membership Mobile number with the customer bill standing on that counter, it was clearly visible that customer standing there said something to the staff standing in the counter next to my billing counter and after that the billing staff added my mobile number with his bill, when i object then the customer ran away and staff, 1st argue with me and after that she stated apologies.
These type of stubborn and illiterate staff defamed the Brand Name of "VIJETHA supermarket" Its a illegal thing and i will fille a complain, IF NECCESARY action not taken against them in priority. Management can verify it with the CCTV footage from the store.

I ordered online throught Vijetha Supermarket .They missed the eggs and chillies and other vegetables were not fresh.Can you please take action on this.

Hi Team,

Please help on below issue.

I have purchased Mosquito bat on march 19th 2020, after 1 week it got repaired.
I went 6th June 2020 and they tested with screw driver with bat so it gives sound and I believe gave same bat to me.
After coming to home, it is not working, repetition same problem showing green light not charging.

Worst ever super market with no hospitality towards the customers. For Vijetha, the work "Customer" is a useless word and they never care for the customers. If you enter Vijetha super market, you will be treated as if you were a beggar and they are giving everything for free to us. No manners at all to the employees. If you try to complain that you are ill treated, there will be 100% support to the defaulted employees and there will be 0% response to the customers. Finally one thing to conclude. If you want to know the meanings of insult, illtreatment, irresponsiveness etc., the better place to visit to know all the meanings at one place is "VIJETHA SUPER MARKET". You are not required to search a dictionary for the meanings of disrespect, irresponsibility, insulting others etc. Perfect meaning can be experienced (not simply knowing the meaning, you can experience the meaning) as soon as you put your first step into the store. Those who does not know what is insult in their life time, and want to know what it is, can go to VIJETHA for one minuite.
