Please take an immediate action against these fraudsters

I have received a courier that I didn't ordered. The book came via postal service.The courier was charged Rs 150/-.I even have a doubt that they have faked the address. I've contacted the seller through the number which I got from Google but the numbers were also fake also one of those number doesn't attend call also. It contained a useless book whose publication details were torn off. I searched for similar incidents and came to know that they have been sending these kinds of books to many people out there. This is a clear case of fraud. They are tricking people into paying money. The address from which I received the package is:

I have been fraud by the vikas depot newdelhi.they have sent us a paid courier of 160 rupees and fooled us.i think this is clear case of fraud.the adress from the courier is:

I also have received a courier that I didnt ordered. It was a useless book. They have sent us a VPP courier of 50 rupees and fooled us. PLEASE TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION ON THE SENDER FOR FOOLING US.

I received a parcel today for which I had to pay 53 Rs. I don't remember ordering anything and I don't know how they got my address but this is a pure case of fraudness.
The book I received is completely useless for me. The address from where I received the parcel-VIKAS BOOK DEPOT, 1879, Kucha Chelan, Khari Baoli, Delhi-110006.
Please take immediate action against these fraudsters.

Today my parents have received a sample question paper book with torn front and back page which i hadnt ordered from vikas book depot delhi(payed rupees 160). No contact number or anything was given to contact them. I doubt that this is a fake address. I have completed my plus two 4 years back. I am from Thiruvananthapuram, kerala. If anyone can do anything against this please stop them and give appropriate punishment. This is not a right way to live.

The same incident with me today, 14/Aug/2021. My sister collected and Paid 150 rupees, which when I came to know was a useless book.

Same incident happened me for today. I recieved a book which doesn't have a back cover nd have some sample question paper. I didn't ordered such a book and is not useful for me.

I've received a registered post with a useless book and the post man delivered it to my home. I wasn't at my home and the post man claimed it to be a registered post. When I opened the packet, it had a useless book as shown in the picture with all pages which showed the details of the publisher torn away. My mother payed 150 rs for this fraud book for nothing. It's a clear case of fraud and I urge everyone to stop accepting these kind of posts. Once you pay the money and take this, your money's gone. BEWARE!
