They send fraud couriers to my postal address. It was cash on delivery they charged Rs.158. And I couldn't return this since the post office employees are reluctant to do so since I have accepted the post. The package contains a wrinkled piece of the book.
I will complaint this and i will take any actions for to refund my money back...

I have recieved a book from vikas books by post which i have never ordered.The book seemed torn and im not in need of the same, and imposed Rs 358/- .And i searched for similar incidents nd found that they have been habitually cheating the public .Public should be aware of such incidents....

I got the book which was not ordered by me and the book was useless. the details on the publisher were turned teared out....

My relatives got a courier in my name, that too in my permanent home address in Kerala. They had to pay some money to collect it thinking i have ordered the book. But when i came to know regarding this, i was shocked to see the useless book with some lunatic cover like some psychopath has my parents address and sending me all this to loot money.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a postgraduate student at IIT Ropar. Today 14/08/2021 I received a Post via Indian post and it asked me to pay Rs 150 to receive it. But later I came to know that it was a useless book which I have never ordered. From address was given as 'DELHI GPO' and on the cover, it's written Vikas Book Depot. They also have my complete address which is frightening. Please do the necessary action and stop this fraud....

I have received a book that I didn't order, delivered by postal service. It was charged Rs.158. The address written in the parcel is Vikas Book Depot, Khari Baoli, Delhi (which is 100%fake). The front & back of the book is torn, so that the name of original publisher cannot be identified.
Probably the fraud is done by publisher itself to sell their unsold books by doing such fraud & fooling around people....

I have received a book that I didn't order and charged rs 150.It was from vikas book depot New Delhi.The publishers details were torn off. It's a fraud case and many had been fooled....

I have recieved a book from this fraud company whuch i havnt even orederd.i got a torn book which is in a real bad condition...i expect u to do the necessary thing about this fraud company...

I recieved a package from Indian post this morning which was sent from Vikas Book Depot containing an useless book. Also I was asked to do the payment of 150 Rs for the book. I didn't order the book or anything from Vikas Book depot. When I googled about this company I have seen many cases filed by the victims of this incidents. So Iam kindly requesting the higher authorities to take immediate action against these fraudsters....
