Hello please provide the tracking link & delivery date for the book ordered with order no : 2118713_ONPUB.

I have done online payment twice for the subscription for Vikatan select Iyakkunar K. Balachander . Twice my money deducted but till now I didn’t get the magazine. Please help....

My subsription no.1530558 SUB paid i december2020.Sofar I could not read magazines.It is highly regretable and disgrace to VIKATAN group. Further, their Email address is not genuine and mail returned as NOT FOUND. Their contact number is also no use and they say they will contact with in24r hrs. This is ridiculous.

Once collected it is their duty tofullfilln .

I have purchased Vikatan Lifetime subscribtion. But after purchased it shows like the subscription period for Anandha vikatan lifetime pack is only for 10 Years.

If I known about this before, I can't purchased this product.

If it only for 10 years, then why did they named this as Lifetime subscription.

This is cheating.

I has subscribed for vikatan life time subscription. But in Dec 2019 they sent an email saying that my subscription is expired. How can a lifetime subscription expire?

I have given 1 year subscription. Only first two issues were delivered after that no delivery. Vikatan office is asking to check with the post man. Postman said that magazine was not there to deliver.
I live in bangalore, why on the earth - a tamil magazine will be flicked away by a post man.
Vikatan will loose this credibility if it doesnt solve this issue, since this kind of delivery issues are happening repeatedly for so many.

I subscribed for both junior and ananda vikadan but till now it came as late delivery and also some issues are missing.
While asking your agent he replied irresponsibly as "go and complaint yourself. I can't do any thing, it will like this only"
I didn't expect this type of reply from a traditional company like you.
Please refund my subscription amount as i felt that it is a total failure one and used to cheat your customers.

I have subscribed pasumai vikatan printed magazine through online for an year by may 31st 2018. Today, i received a message saying that "dear subscriber, hope you received this issue of pasumai vikatan magazine in case of any complaints pls call[protected]/64". As i still did not receive any printed magazine, i tried to call using the above contact number, hardly no one picking the phone. I have also tried[protected], +[protected]/84/94, and[protected] the same response continues. Anyone here to response my query?

Hi, I have made a subscription for Sakthi Vikatan and Pasumai Vikatan for 6 months. Subscription de tails : 230056_NPRT / SUBS0058574 I recieved the magazines only for a month and when I called the consumer complaint number provided in the site, I got a reply stating that I should visit the nearby postoffice and the company has provided a disclaimer stating that it is not responsible for the delivery of magazines. I am highly disappointed with the service by such a reputed company. Thanks, Devi
