No response post payment.
I booked plot on 12 feb 2022.
And paid the agreed of 1025000 by feb 24th and bank approved the rest amt and send cheque amt copy on March 1st week.
When I try to conract them to check about registration they are not responding not answering call.. and I'm not sure what's going on.
Tied calling Agent, CEO and Admin.
I'm reallly frustrated and worried about my amt.
Director sir if you hear pls don't play with our life's.

Cancellation policy in Vikhyath infra developers
As per the staff in Vikhyath infra developers the cancellation policy is as below.
When you book a plot xxx and cancel your booking, they don't refund the amount to us directly. As per their company's policy they have to sell same plot xxx to someone else and that payment is refunded to us. There is no particular time frame for this. If plot re-booking takes 1 year we just have to wait for an year. If we insist them to refund irrespective of this policy they are saying that they have right to deduct 30% to 50% amount.

Here is another twist from this company. They are selling some plot at some discount and they are saying that that discount amount will be deducted from my booking amount and they refund the balance.

Cancellation of plot and refund of my amount
We booked two plots in Vikhyath infra developers project in Anantharam village. The sales person pretended it to be residential zone while selling. Later we got to know that it's per-urban zone and requested for cancellation. It has been around one and half month and till now the Vikhyath company didn't refund the amount saying that they do not have cancellation policy.

We happened to talk to MD of Vikhyath Infra developers and he was polite and kind. He is positive to refund the amount of our plot cancellation. It clearly shows that the staff of Vikhyath Infra developers who are blocking our refund.
It's been around 5 months and I have sent legal notice for my amount refund on 18th Feb 2022 to Vikhyath infra developers. Still no response from the company. The sales person is openly saying that he is delaying it out of ego and will be delaying it more because I sent out legal notice.

I have booked on 02/03/2019 4 plots with above builder in hmda layout project at bhuvangiri, yadadri dist. As per builder conditions i have paid total amount of rs 59, 10, 000/+ 1, 72, 000/- (Registration charges) by 11/05/2019. He promised me for registration within 15 days but till today he has not registered the plots in my name. When i asks him about registration every time he is giving some useless answers. Even today i am unable to md of the company. When i told him that if he will not register the plots i will commit suiside and call media. They he gave me 4 agreement on 03/09/2019 which are also not complet. As like builders condition in case of default by purchaser i am claiming same thing i. E. 24% interest with amount equal to market value also legal charges spend by me.
