I booked my cylinder but deliver man refuse to deliver the cylinder and asking me to come to main road to collect the cylinder

I had placed a request for cylinder and paid the amount online.
The cylinder was not delivered, but i got the message that the cylinder was delivered. I called the next day to complaint, i was told that the cylinder would be delivered in 4 days. But it was not delivered again.
I had to travel out of country for a month. When i came back and followed up, they told me it has been more than a month and how can we believe the cylinder was not delivered. They refused to refund my amount or adjust it for the next request. I have lost the complete amount i hadpaid

I am a customer of vinayaka gas agency bangalore.i live on 1st floor and the delivery boy asked for more 30 rupees for delivering a cylinder.when i refused to pay he took the cylinder with him and didnt deliver for 1 month...the customer care lady did not reply properly and this people are most rude and arogant.she didnt even register a complaint when i ask her to do so. And one more thing that once i recieved a leaked Cylinder and i tried all tHe numbers almost for like 3 hours.but these people sitting there dnt bother to even pick up the phone for once.if they dont want to do their dutIes then why they are there??? This is the heights of irresponsibility.

Hi Team, I applied for a new bharat gas connection after shifting to my new house. Distributor told if I need gas connection, I have to purchase some items like ( gas stove/ tawa set etc), otherwise they will not provide me gas connection. I paid the entire amount then they told tawa set is not available.. It s been more than 1 month everyday they are saying its not available & they are not refunding my money also.
