Vinod cookware is the worst and one the worst service providers online they know how sell but don’t know how take return as per the policy. so selfish of them being careless they don’t help you at all instead they talk to each other to fool you out they don’t respect their customer they don’t accept their mistake and are manipulating to customers this is not good. customer support call pe ek woman support ne apne aage meri suni he nahi like they own us I swear they’ll fail sooner than later

I bough a product of vinod from amazon. Attached is the invoice. The utensil got broken within a year. It was expensive from other brands. Also it was under warranty. I complained them so many times via email but they dont bother to respond. Pl support.

Highly disappointed. Never expected this type of quality rejected item from @Vinod and as well as from amazon. It missed the proper finishing where the handles are fastioned. A month back I have purchased this item through workhuman globoforce official network. First time I thought may be by mistake I received defective item and I have returned and asked for replacement, because I am already using @vinod items and very much impressed with their quality product. But sadly once again I received defective item as replacement.

Feeling like I got cheated.
