      I have purchase VIP bags who commit fake international warrenty service. I live in Germany and my bag handle has been broken in 5 month after purchasing the bag. I have been continuously calling and mailing VIP bags customer service but they are not even responding to my email and every time customer representaive give me false hope that within 24 hours VIP bags customer service will contact you but nothing happen.

      Third class customer service.Even after mentioning that i have to travel in few week they still not respond to my mail. When they can not afford giving service internationally they why they mention in thier warrenty card.

      I have never face this issue with Samsonite and swiss military bag.

        I was summited my bag to VIP store in reliance smart bazar nayapali, Bhubaneswar, Odisha on 28 Nov 2022. Now, more than 3 weeks was completed but no response received from the VIP BAG. I called two to three times to customer care even they also don't know when it replace my bag. They gave me service head number .After called to Mr. Sujit he again told another 15 days will take for replacement. I am completely fed up with the service of the VIP BAG after sale service.
        Request to you please help in this matter.

          On Mar 05, 2022, I submitted my trolley bag at Vishal Mega Mart - "Sodepur Barasat Road, Opp. SANAI MARRIAGE HALLBADAMTALA, Harish Nagar, Madhyamgram, Kolkata, West Bengal 700130" for replacing all the wheels since the bag was under valid warranty. You may also verify the register which has my details regarding the trolley at the entrance gate.
          The Warranty was valid until Mar 14, 2022. I was assured that it would be repaired under...

          Despite buying a company bag company is fooling it's customers. Raised a complaint ticket at company store and after waiting for 14-20 days they again fooled us and gave us a totally different service. Tyres were changed of different colour, taping was fixed with glue, zips were not changed and customer was fooled. What's the purpose of buying company bag if no guarantee is being given to the customer. Very poor experience.
          They are hiding service helps from the customer by assuring while buying and denying while giving the service. Hiding the loop holes in the service. Images attached plz check.

            Very sorry to say that the after sales support provided by VIP Industries is just pathetic .

            Even people don't know how to talk with customers.

            one trolly bag was given for zip repair at Zirakpur warehouse on 9th July 2022, we i call Mr. Rohit for the status he was saying" utha kar le jao nahi hoga repair ab".
            Really very unprofessional approach.

                Though product is warranty no proper system to avail it. Very bad customer care system and nothing in customer way. Trying to keep engaged in online registration for complaints and then you will get request number …not works.
                Complete failure in VIP customer handling. Waste of time so avoid VIP products please.🙏🏻

                  I had purchased vip trolley bag from reliance smart vapi(gujarat), when i used 1st time handle & wheel got damaged, in year 2020 i contact to customer service they change wheal and reveting on handle they told me reveting is more stronger than the original handle but when is used handle damage again revet turns out automatically. When i complain mr. Joshi vip gujarat region head. They refused for repscement again they revet on handle & make some hole in handle. I will not going to collect this bag in that condition. I want for replacement. Mr. Joshi refused for further support & told either take bag in that condition or file a legal complaint.

                    I have 5 years warranty of my vip trolley ...but as I raised a ticket online... firstly the vip store came from there side to do service is totally closed ..so I went to bigbazar vip store ... because it's has world wide warranty ...what happened there is they didn't change the wheels which is not functioning well..and even they are not exchanging my trolley bag...which they promise while purchasing i[censored] will have any problem regarding wheels or body of bag ..we will directly change it...

                        On 2-Nov-2020, I ordered online one Caprese bag (Melanie Tote Medium Navy) worth Rs 3299/-.
                        I did the online transaction through Citibank for which the amount also got deducted and I confirmed from Citibank that it was successful.

                        I still haven't received any Order confirmation number from Caprese/VIPbags. By when can I have the Order number so that I can track it?

                        Calling the customer care and writing to "[protected]@vipbags.com" is not helping as they give standard answer we will get back to you.

                        This isn't expected from the reputed company like VIP Bags who is not bothered to follow up when the customer has paid the money but still not received order confirmation.

                          I had purchased a bag pack from VIP store bill no. NA9S18/76 dt.15/04/2018 .. within a week the back is torn out from upper side. I raised a service complaint Ref no. 23421 dtd 31/07/2018. The company service replied to repair the bag for which I am not ready, for repairing I have to deposit bag and after repair it will lost its originality . Why should I got it repaired . I paid the amount form my nose for the VIP brand name for sure to recv good services. its fabric is worn out and if it is repaired it will lost its originality... Also during time of repairs how will i manage my laptop and other essentials to keep

                            I purchased VIP brand bag in Oct'2017, sent for repair in Feb'18. After repair VIP store at Mani square Kolkata told repair is done please collect from our showroom today itself or else we will send it to our warehouse. forcefully i had to go and collect the bag and found bag is not properly repaired and was broken. they took the bag for re repairing at the same time without giving any receipt. I requested them to replace the bag as with in 4 months bag has become defective and giving trouble it is a defective product. they refused my request and told they will send it to my home address because of the harassment given to me.
                            Now they are not sending it to my address nor replacing with new bag. i requested the same at their customer care office but they also did not assisted.
                            I submitted my trolly bag in Junction Mall shop no:125 Durgapur. The bag was covered under warranty, lock and handle problem.It has been total 10 days but still nothing service has done to my bag. I went to Junction mall twice still I haven't got my bag suc a poor service by VIP.

                              I bough a vip bag in Hyderabad and used it once in my journey and the bag got teared, when I took it to the shop where I bough, he was simply saying not covered under Warranty.

                              how come they are giving 3 years warranty, that to international warranty, first of all the quality itself is not meeting/competing with the local brands and, simply labelling international warranty and cheating the customers a lot by pricing high, this is a kind looting peoples money

                                I have very bad experience after by VIP ALFA bag. Bag chain is totally damaged after 5 months and I give this to D-mart for avail the warranty. they are taking more than 15 day. Today I am going to out of India and I don't have bag which I buy for travelling. I lost my whole bag cost and company is not feeling any Shame to sell worst products in Market. I lost my whole amount and suffer from lot of mental harassment follow this.

                                  I’m a frequent traveler and have been using VIP products for almost 8 years now. I have purchased another vip trolley from Mathura (u.p) around 15 months back. The bag looked very solid and reliable but after one year its wheels broke down. I complaint regarding it to your store they said leave the bag and come after 15 days I was ok with it so I gave the warranty card and bill to them. After 15-20 days when I went to take back the trolley then I came to know that the person who was the manager (with his family) of the store fled from Mathura and the shop was closed I was unable to take my trolley for next 10 days. After that through some local contacts from the owner of the premises I got the possession of the trolley but it was in the same condition i left, no repairs were done. The bag is in the trash bin now. I have lost 4500 (appox.) rupees. The bag lasted 1 year (that is 4 trips) before its wheels broke. It’s been 2 months now! I still haven't got my bag repaired or replaced I have also called the customer care no. But it was not responding. Please pay heed to my problem.

                                    I PURCHASED THREE SETS of costly bags from VIP authorised showroom in Pitampura in Feb 2015.It got damaged within week and inspite of repeated complaint no one listened.If such a company behave like this.Consumer get cheated .I appeal one should not go for brand only .they should check their authenticity.
