I have buyed number and they are not providing me that number i have given money and i have transation id and screenshot so please resolve it they are not picking my phone and not proving me puk code they said that it will be provided by 48 hours but 44 hours have gone and i am not getting it please help me and i have also uploaded photo of transation id also...

These are frauds.
I have purchased one number from Vip Hexa website on 28th may. But i have not received porting code till date. These people are not responding also. I have paid 3598 and when i am asking for refund they are not reverting on msgs, calls and WhatsApp.
Kindly dont take any risk of buying any numbers from this website. These people take your money and stop responding you.
I have attached photos too. Check it for the proof.

Took my money and sim card not ported yet. they are not contacting or sending message. this is fraud company . i want my money back. i ll complain this

Dear sir/madam, i mr. Sai kalyan kamaraju from hyderabad, telangana state. Purchase an post paid sim card mobile no. [protected] with order no[protected] dt22-july 2018 for rs 14, 925.00. Received the sim card and also no objection letter. Change of owner ship rejected due to authentication signature not valid. Informed the same to vip hexa executives. Last month january informed me that there are migrating from post paid to pre paid and delivery of sim card will be on 1st of feb but upto now no response..
Now demanding around rs 2000 to conversion from post paid to pre paid along dispatch the old sim card

not porting my number

Fraud app. They give vodafone postpaid no. To port these no. U need noc. These guys give wrong info like office address, owner name, etc.in noc. Due to this vodafone rejects your port request. I wish to file fir against them for same. Does anybody knows its procedure?? Plz tell me procedure at [protected]. These guys need to go to jail for scamming people

They disconnect my number for no reason. And now there customer care number shows busy seens 2 week. I face a huge loss in business because my this number I use as a primary contact number to my customer. VIP hexa you guys deserve a police action for fraud business.

I bought a sim prepaid no from vip hexa i did payment from paytm and receiving my payment they told me sir ur sim no is post paid that i don't want so ask them to return but they a time passing with me by saying today would be done or tommorow would be done called them 100 times talked to there senior also but nothing done please help it has been 4 days then r not returning my amount

Very very very bad service... This is the third time I've bought the number from them... And i think I'm fool now to refer them time and again...20 days passed... Payment made... No response from their staff even after multiple emails/calls/ sms... Before payment every call was responded... But once payment made no response from their side... Paid 45k for the latest number...if this is the service they provide then they are many such website online from whom we can buy for cheaper rates and faster service also
