I got in contact with this consultancy in 2018. After 2 years of dragging and after they collected huge amount from me they did nothing. When I tried to get in touch I got to know that they are no longer available. They shut the doors. I'm now standing in nowhere by paying EMI's to the loan I have taken. Please help me in get my amount refunded....

I signed a contract ( Canada Migration) with Visas & Permits on July 2019. They asked me to pay 90000 INR in two installments . Along with that, as a requirement, I had done WES certificate assessment for myself and wife which almost cost 40000 INR . I contacted mrs. Aarti karwa from visa and permits - immigration consultancy of delhi branch in february'16 to check for my eligibility to migrate to singapore for career perspective.
