I have ordered a pair of self adjustable glasses and i am unhappy regarding the product and i have also emailed them regarding it but there is no response. I have done my research and found out that they have done this malpractice to many people. Please help me and others who have been and will be cheated like this. I hope you will look into this matter and take the necessary action. This is a serious issue as they are promoting themselves as genuine in social media and cheating many people.

Dear sir,
The undersigned is a senior citizen residing at panaji, goa.

On 06.05.2019, i placed an order on a firm named as vizmaxx vide ref. No. Viz30692 order no. 6070860 dated 06/04/2019 and paid an amount rs. 1299/- for a pair of spectacles wherein the power is adjustable. The address is at office no.201, ppn market, parade, kanpur - 208001 and support phone no.[protected].

However, to my surprise the spectacles was of very cheap quality and the power could not be adjusted. As the spectacles could not be used by me, i made a claim for refund within the warranty period and was assured by the representative of the company that the amount of rs. 1299 will be refunded to me within next 2 to 3 days. However, till date no refund has been made to me directly or to my bank account.

Despite several reminders to release my refund, the company has failed to take any action.

Please therefore file this fir and criminal complaint for cheating under the indian penal code at goa (Sec.420) and investigate the matter thoroughly and call these criminals and scamsters to goa.
