Hlo i placed order OnePlus smartwatch from the website oneplusin.com but we didn't receive any order number or messages but the amount are credited to ur act pls hel me from that

I had ordered for a kitchen item ONLINE and paid Rs.98 and got an SMS "Transaction No.[protected] for Rs.98.00 done for HARIDIKKUMAR BHARATBHAI NIMBARK has succeeded from payu team ".

Neither I received the ordered item till today nor any acknowledgement from the trader.

I think it is an online cheating business going on. Kindly look into this and I would be thankful if the money transacted is reversed back to my account.

I placed two Orders on Jan 22nd through Hopscotch where payment is done via PAYUIB, where Money was deducted from my account but eventually payment failed. I didn't get the money back after 24 hrs.
Can you kindly help me with this?
