Purchased a mobile in your company vle bazaar last year December .but i i didn't received the mobile so i requested for refund but till now i did int received my amount .i send so many requests also people are not responding .credit card people fallowing every day for amount .please solve my issue

i have placed an prepaid order in VLE bazar on 17th Feb 2023 with reference order number 2008717 and purchased an mobile phone . Payment has been deducted from account but no further response, when i try to cancel also it is not accepting. Raised two compliant but no use contacted customer care several times no use. As it is prepaid order i am worrying about my money and highly disappointed with service of the company.

Order No. #1653397 dated:3-7-2022 not delivered in time and going on extending time & on cancellation my amount was not returned so far since 4 months to my UPI a/c through which I have made my payment. They are not responding on mails and not lifting contact phones. Even lifting rarely they are extending time every time.

Order No.1653397 was place on 3.7.22 which was not delivered & they are going on extending the delivery. On cancellation they have not returned my amount Rs.1438 to my UPI a/c through which I have made payment, since 4 months and are not responding to my mails & not even lifting their contact number. Very rarely even if connected call they are postponing the payment time.

I have ordered a printer from vlebazar.in under order number#1792597 on 6th of October 2022, while my order was not processed from their side hence the processed for cancellation after several complaints it has been more than 8 days after cancellation still I'm waiting for my refund and Scheduled refund date give is more than 40 days.

On[protected] I placed and prepaid order for Philips SHE1505 wired earphones (Two Pieces) amounting to Rs. 448.00 wide Order No. 1625841. Received the product in Damaged condition. Both the packing as well as the products is damaged and defective. Totally unusable.
Since then I am contacting the customer care and have informed them of the same and have also given photographic evidence still they have not given me any refund. Every second day i keep calling then and they keep giving me round answers. Today when I called them one executive said he needs more photographs...what for? and he hung-up abruptly.

Again i called them and one lady replied and said that my refund is under process and that I shall get it in 14-15 days time. and if I don't get it in 14-15 days time payment will be rescheduled. I asked what do you mean by rescheduled? she had no answer.

One more order on same day order No. 1625179 wide which I had ordered two headphones out of which I received one boat headphone damaged and other ONEODIA A71 I have not received at all.
I Informed them immediately. They said they will arrange to deliver. after one week full of follow-up they said they cant deliver and nor are they giving me any refund.

I feel cheated...I am cheated...
Please arrange to get me my refund.

I have ordered a mc afee antivirus software on 22- 07.2022 as they mentioned to deliver in two hours on mail. So as I pay the amount online till then I don't receive any software but suddenly today as on 10 of July they sent me a cancellation message of my purchase, the order they cancelled itself and do not return my money.. kindly take a Stern action those dupers who dupe hard earned money of normal people

I ordered a book on 1st Jan 2022 at an online shopping called vle bazar. Which I paid in advance. I canceled my order when they didn't deliver my product even after 5 days. Which I had paid Rs 398 earlier. Now after canceling the order they are not giving me my refund. I request the consumer protection department to get my money on time and ban such fake online shopping websites.

I too had just booked a product from the market whose ID number 1089869 Booking date is 22 October 2021 But this product is still in processing What is the matter either your company is not able to work or your company is absconding I have filed a complaint against your company in consumer helpline whose docket number is 3166827 If you don't solve my matter then I will take legal action against you I have already sent you tax once but you have not received any reply. So I am giving you last warning that solve my matter as soon as possible.

I have purchased one JIO phone Black vide Order id #469467 dtd. 05.01.2021 (against a payment of Rs. 2299/- for a new phone as shown in your website) delivered on 11.01.2021 through your website. I have ordered a new phone. but you have delivered me a old/ refurbished phone/ used phone. It was confirm from a JIO store (Kolkata, BIG BAZAR, Near Sealdah Court, WB) that phone was used/ sold to another person before me and being used since 26.07.2018, due to which I could not get a warranty repair facility. I have order my Vivo Z1x (Fusion Blue, 64 GB 6 GB RAM) REFURBISHED phone on 28/05/2021 of rs 13, 490.00and yet i havnt recieved my order, i called the comapny many times they keep saying that they will deliverd in few days, but not delivering my order the address of company given in website is 688, Grace Road. I had ordered a game called monopoly on 4th of may 2020. I haven't received my order upto now ie 21st of may 2020 and when i call them they don't even care to lift it and tbh i don't know how many times have i called. This company is a fraud. Yet after all these days the order status is pending only. The cost of the game was 650 rupees and i hope i get the refund back soon. Btw there is no option of cancelling the order in the website though they claim they have. Vle bazar is a fraud.
