Hi Sir,

On last week of November Vadodara Municipality Van had taken away street dogs from our Society Taksh Aura, Waghodia. We were told that they will be returned back after the neutrilisation operation.
Our street dog who lived in our lane peacefully, was also taken but it has been around 20 days but he is not returned yet. Customer care executives are of no help.

Please help us with getting the dog...

One dog has been captured and tourtured by owner Ravi Dhobi at B77 Laxmikunj Soc Part 1, Opp TP11 Garden, New Sama Road, Vadodara 390024
They do not take proper care and dog always do cry whole evening. They tie him always and go all out from home and dog started crying for hours amd hours.
Dog will surely will die if you will not come and take dog in your custody or release him.
It's sincere request to take action on very urgent basis.

VMC - Big cheater & fraud company
I bought a plot in the Vihang city project in Sarang puri Shahpur on 6 Jan 2013. They said that the plots will be NA in two years and then the allotment process will start.

I am paying regular installments since then approached them to provide me the status and show me the papers of development. They did not show me at all nor responded well.

Now the office is now sealed with many Departments.

I bought property in shahapur but didn't received.

Narsinhdham society behind Mothers school has back up of drainage water in the lane of 50 to 63. It is felt that solid collection is at the other end.

I have rechage vodafone mobile number [protected] plan RS.149 dated[protected] amount deducted my Google pay account but still rechage confirmation pending pls take further action

Street dogs barking whole night

Dear sir,
We would like to inform you that our colony is infested with street dogs where they create nuisance and litter. Their numbers appeared to have increased recently. They fight among themselves and the noise they make is unbearable. At night it becomes difficult to sleep, children playing in the street are scared of these dogs. They didn't allow anyone to pass through the street. They bark and fight a lot creating so much noisy environment. Especially they bark on every child, elder peoples, hawkers passing through the street.. Its difficult very difficult for the stranger who don't have the information about this to pass from the street. I humbly request you to please look into the matter at the earliest possible and send a dog catcher team so that they can take them away from the area. I deeply request you to please take an early action.

We live in gotri area. Nr. Narayan Garden. Every evening the whole area stinks with the chemical till morning. It's difficult to breathe as the air contains lot of chemical. Also a layer of black dust is formed everday. Effect found by all aged group are:
Burning and watery eyes.
Breathing problems.
Asthamatic attack.
Tingling sensation in air passage.
Headache. Etc.
Kindly do the needful in interest of tax paying citizens.

There are no street light setuped in New Raja Rajeswari peta near Bhagya Lakshmi Enclave

There was a lot of wastage not cleaning by the vmc people and lot of drainage leaking out and no cleaning at all

We have been in trouble by the increase in the number of street dogs. They are wild and chasing the people. Some people are feeding them and leave them in the streets. We have schools here in our place. These street dogs chasing children and attacking them. If dog catchers came to some people tieing tags in their necks as their pet dogs. Please send a dog van to catch them. I hope you understand the situation.

Here there is no proper cleaning of the waste and drainage water coming on roads and we were not able to walk and lot of smell is coming

Here i draw your attention that in tarsali area and novino battery area there is no area sanitation steps has been taken place by vmc due to dangerous corona virus. Here one patient of corona has been found in last week even though no action has been taken place by vmc so please instruct to all your wards to take immediate action to control over corona virus also make awareness in people to stay at home like other municipal corporations.

In kovelamudi vari street drainage water spilling out and locals we found very difficult to come out of our houses. There is no other way out. Epidemic may come be carefull. At present it is not good for vijayawada.
There are four hostels and two educational institutions are there so immediately action required other wise contagious diseases may out break.

Respected sir, i am hemambar living in vijayawada, ward no:38, kothapet, vijayawada-520001. Sir, what my request is past three months in my area people were suffering from health problems due to the contaminated drinking water with drainage foul odour and black colour. Please check it where the problem is and supply good quality of drinking water.

Dear sir

We have been parking our vehicles under amitnagar, karelibaug, overbridge. Some contractor has been awarded the contractor for the parking facility. We strongly object the charges levied by the contractor. The contractor is charging rs 10 per eight hours, most of the people are working in a company either located at savli, manjusar, halol or kalol where travel time + working hours if calculated will be either 10 hours or 12 hours and this contractor is charging for that extra hours and the contractor does not give the extra slip for the extra time charged even he has put this on the notice board, we dont know in whose pocket this extra money goes. We request you to kindly look into the same and issue an order for those who are going for a job should not be get charged extra upto min 18 hours. There are workers who are doing 12 hours job and their travel time + working hours will go upto 14 hrs of 15 hrs.

Please look in to the issue on top priority and relie[censored]s from paying extra money for no reason. I have attached the photo for your kind reference

Pl register complain it very seriously gayatri furniture sales complex nr 31 guruadar society have open drainage no cover which result into lot of complications to neighboures. There are many big rates which enter into residence at night and damage gas pipeline and other valuable items pl take necessary steps against person responsible for this and advise him to properly shut drainage gutter with cover

All the dirty plastic bags are thrown on the back side of the flat. Also I would like to tell that their is a patient of swineflue. So plz kindly take some action. We have complained many times but they are not taking any kind of action.After complaining this if you will not take any action we will directly go to the police or court.So please kindly take some strict action against them.

The cleaning of roads is perfect but those daily collected garbages were being gathered at the ground beside school and firing them thereby causing heavy pollution. This is risk to school children. Their main reason of firing is vmc is not allowing to throw garbage elsewhere. And tractors carrying waste are collecting only once in a week. So they are literally firing garbage and causing pollution. Please take it serious because small neglects might cause big problems.

It been six month people are suffering from contaminated drinking water supply. that has cause many people sick, skin infections.

Drainage and water supply line are getting mixed. Engineers and workers are not aware about how to resolve this they are making excuses.

God know when it will be solved this is how Vadodara is becoming smart city.

We are facing a problem of drainage. Our main line full a day daily chocked. We checked with vmc near navrang soc. Main hole drainage broken & also main road drainage near masjid line broken. Drainage water stuck this point. Main road also broken very big hole on main road near masjid. Drangerous point for public anytime road slaced &make a big hole. I observed any time make a big accident this point. Pl. Need urgent action on this issue.

Near milk project, sai ram theater back there is a vast increase in number of dogs due to which people are been scared for walking and even passing small kids and old age people are been in great problem those all are street dogs and infected dogs due which cant even be on roads.A number of 7 dogs roam here and upon mid night at 12-2am full barking and shouting on people entering in to homes and doing tools around cars. Already called and complained to VMC people but no proper approach and response please consider our problem many families are here.hoping a soon approach from you people

I have invested my money is vm c vihang city in 2012 i have invested for two plots of 807 sq each at that time i was told plot is under na process i was ok with that customer care executive mr ritu was there at that time - suddenly just three years before she convinced me to buy back from shahapur project and to invest in shirpur project in that i have already invested for 1000 sq plot
She gave me reason that vmc is not hand overing plots so our customer repo is not well maintained
It's better to invest in smart people
I didn't listen to her i still don't know what's issue is there between smart people office at tin petrol pump and maziwada office. Customer care executives at both places are not giving satisfactory replys... I have invested through smart people office... But whom should i contact if i have any issue regarding possession of plot?
Since most of vmc customers (Sarang puri project) have opted for choice plot they paid full payment
But some guys said me it's risk in opting for allotment by lottery
Will i get plot at the place i was shown.. Is there any guarantee about that?
Because hill side are was last one place and vmc executives sold these plots at the rate of 80 ruppes per sq

I have followed many complaints here now i really worry about my hard earned money...

Now vmc has stopped accepting cheques only ecs payment and didn't get any satisfactory reply
Just got reason to avoid issue of cheque bounce.
How can i know what's hidden?
Once it's done to pay by ecs it's very hard to stop it. Since i am business person i remember my due cheques easily.
May be most of the clients opted for buyback that's the reason but i got negative reviews about buyback procedure too as per vmc rule a client can go for that he/ she will get full refund of amount he payed plus 8% interest (After six months) but forget about interest most of the clients haven't got their money even after two years when they opted for buyback
Should i think there is lack of transperency?...

Too many questions are there in mind that can not be asked to customer care guys they don't even paas line to concern person are they taught like that?

I am Gajendra, i live on maneja crossing in a Complex . I request you to start the garbage collection service of door to doorfor complex or appartment too . Because appartment people too have same garbage as socity. And many people throw waste against the appartmaent, where should we go for this waste, So PLEASE PROVIDE A GARBAGE COLLECTION "VMC" VAN For us to Given address : Sai Samarth Complex, after the Shivabi complex, maneja crossing, maneja, baroda- 390013. please sir please solve the problem of garbage as we r facing now !

The water supply by vmc to panchamvilla, near bhagyalaxmi society, ajwa road, vadodara, is very rare.T he water supplied is meagre and water received is in small quantity which is not sufficient for a small family also.In some houses, the water is even not coming.This may be due to faulty water pipelines spread in this area.

Total 217 houses are there in the society. Due to this reason, the people are also...

Dear Development Officer & Team

It is wellknown that years together wherever builders are doing construction work, they are not bothered about the life of adjacent societies & taking the things as granted. Main reason for this is no control on them by our Municipal corporation in line with following proper norms. Understand that no seriousness is there from Municipal side to monitor these simple applcable norms on these Builders / contractors who are doing everything as per their convenience and not seeing other's convenience little bit.
Please make a visit to Tirthak Bunglows ( Behind Nilamber 3, Kujreshwar marg) & see the pathetic conditions of road and request to take suitable action on priority, as this is resulting damaging of vehicles & flooding of water on road.
