I had filed a complain in VMSS number C12121766 stating that the sweeper is not coming in our area for daily sweeping since last 30-40 days.
The said complaint was not resolved till date and today I received a SMS stating that my complaint is resolved by Mr. Soloman S Parmar ([protected]).

I would like to inform you that my complaint has not been attended yet it is showed as resolved by VMSS.

Kindly look into the same and confirm.

I m residing at swati society, new sama road, besides indoor sports complex, vadodara.in my society there is a serious dog menace which has culminated up to terror as dogs now have started barking at and following the residents to bite. We have kids in almost all houses. I have a 7 months old daughter. It is very dangerous as dogs follow my 67 years old mother when she was with my daughter in the street. We hope the corporation will act before some serious casualty.

Dear Shri Panchal, I am attaching bill dated 12 march 2014 in which there is credit of Rs 278 but this credit is not adjusted in bill30 september 2014.My connection is in safe custody from 22/02/14 to 15/06/15..More over my deposit refund is also stii not adjusted which i applied on 18/11/2013.Pl give me clarification in this matter by email. I am a resident of Dandia Bazar area nr nilkanth mahadev temple. Sir I regret to tell you that the improper garbage disposal is harassing the residents living in the temple premises ,the nuisance of mosquitos and stray cattle wandering around it is just humiliating ...........
Though the officials incharged for cleaning come almost daily ,I request you to shift the place of garbage disposal .........

Dear Sir,

Since 10 years I am staying at New Sama Road, Near Umiyanagar and have observed that there is no such drastic improvement in road condition or Drainage / Garbage System though paying all taxes well within the time.
For the last 3 / 4 months the work is going on with this Canal Road, but the quality of work is not at all upto the mark and we are anticipating a major accident during this monsoon as the road condition is miserable.
During the last 2 day's rain our movement has got stucked and has become very dangerous for senior citizens and school going children.
Though the residents o[censored]miyanagar, Ankur Flats, Radhekrishna Flats and Tenaments, Ambikanagar Society, Banshidhar Appts. and many more societies are paying the respective taxes but from VMSS we never got the minimum facility.
May I request you to take out a couple of hours from your busy schedule and visit these areas on an urgent basis before the monsoon and oblige as even after so many assurance (from Netas during Election) we are still neglected.
Hope as a respected citizen and above all a human being you will keep my request on behalf of all the aforesaid society and oblige.

With reference to above subject, we had applied for the new water connection dated 12.03.2009, File no : 3138 on the name of Rajesh Mohanbhai Soni. But still we haven’t received any intimation or any positive reply form the Word Office no : 2, Harni Warasiya Ring Road. Last week we had inquired for the same, but According to Word Office No : 2, From Engineering Dept, In my complex there is some pending house tax (included Resident + Commercial) so, we are not eligible for the new water connection until they all are not pay house taxes + water taxes.


We had paid house taxes and water taxes regularly. So we have request to you provide the new water connection for us. Sir, We are ready to pay all the charges for the new water connection to Vadodara Mahanagar Seva Sadan,Vadodara,


Kindly request to you looked into this matter and do the needful to us.


We have already sbumitted this type of letter at vmss office and we have a acceptance copy with us but no response till date.
