Vi deduct Rs25 from my talktime balance without my consent as i choose to hand built games and show service validity expired. Please recredit that amount and donot repeat it....

I received a message on 15th september 2020 at 11:28am from vz-vicms stating "thank you for downloading fun portal from carbun8. You have been charged rs 22/-." this was done without my knowledge or consent and such fraud deductions has happened multiple times. I tried to get in touch with the customer care, tried vic their virtual assistant but was unable to lodge the complaint. Kindly stop such corporates from looting money from the common...
