With this complaint I would like to introduce you with a new kind of loot started by Vi.
I was unable to send SMS with the main balance present in my account as some third party apps request you to send a verification message from a number registered with your bank.
Vi customer care executive asked me to get a minimum recharge of rs 128 if I want to send single message from my number as I had already recharged with 99 and...

On 9th of May 2021 i recived a message sreceived saying Hello!
Thank you for choosing to access CARBAN_GAME,
You have been charged Rs. 20
Your balance is Rs. 19.37.

This happened without my permission. I hadn't downloaded or given permission for charging this amount....

My account balance is getting deducted for a service which i did not subscribe. Please refer the following sms i received:

Dear customer, you have been charged rs. 25.00 and your current balance is 188.82.
4 Oct 2020, 12. 20pm.

I need this resolved asap.
