Complaint id 2261837 vodafone refusing to correct the excess bill, they have charged 299 plus 35 for sms. Sms is free yet they have charged 35 extra
My plan was 150 they say trai has asked them to increase the charges so the charges are increased.
Vodafone is regularly calling and informing that the bill is generated as per the new tariffs introduced by trai....

I was using tariff plan which had monthly rental of Rs.249/- and 1GB 3G internet plan of Rs.250/-. Thus total of Rs.499/-
