Sir few days i was searching for a job on quikr and vr enterpises from gujarat contacted me saying i have to 700 forms and i will paid 20rs per form and registration fee of 4700rs will be deducted from the first salary so i agreed to do the job and they took all my details including aadhar card. Soon afterwards i came to know it is a fraud company and they ask money from people so i immediately sent an email saaying i dont want to continue...

Hi i am rohit dubey from mumbai got a call from company named vr enterprise. They said u have type 700 pages within 7 days with 90% accuracy and they will pay amount 14000/- including 4700/- thier maitainance charges that will be deducted afterwards from that payment. After that i sent one id proof and address. After that they called me and sent one email and they called and told click on that link and accept, then you will get your id and password. After this i done and then they sent me some contract paper in email and user name and password for ffwork.in and after some time (At same day) i denied to work with them as i thought it's a fraud company but due to agreement they blackmail me and demand money
They mailed me we are vr enterprise legal department you have to pay pending payment before today. If you do not pay the amount then the company is eligible to take legal actions against you
Then today they called me from [protected] named deepak gupta and told that i am mane advocate and as you failed to complete he will send fir against me. I also got mail

Legal intimation email of rescinding the agreement."

1)। हम आपको सूचित करने के लिए एक एडवोकेट एसोसिएट फर्म हैं कि, vr enterprise कंपनी ने कोर्ट में आगे बढ़ने के लिए हमारी एडवोकेट एसोसिएट फर्म में आपकी फाइल भेजी है क्योंकि आपकी कार्य स्थिति not submit or qc fail अवस्था में है।

2). Before providing the work, the company had given you a demo of the practical work, after confirmation of your company having done the registration. You had received user id and password had been sent in your registered email address. We have your agreement, acceptance letter, id proof and voice recording as legal proof.

2)। कार्य प्रदान करने से पहले, कंपनी ने आपको व्यावहारिक कार्य का डेमो दिया था, आपकी कंपनी के पंजीकरण की पुष्टि के बाद। आपने अपने पंजीकृत ईमेल पते पर उपयोगकर्ता आईडी और पासवर्ड प्राप्त कर लिया था। हमारे पास आपका अनुबंध, स्वीकृति पत्र, आईडी प्रूफ और वॉयस रिकॉर्डिंग कानूनी प्रमाण के रूप में है।

3). We also suggest that once you pay this amount in good faith we will issue your noc letter within the stipulated time of 45 minutes. Hence, we insist you pay your outstanding to our client in good faith, so we can close your file from our end.

3)। हम आपको यह भी सुझाव देते हैं कि एक बार जब आप इस राशि का भुगतान कर देंगे तो हम आपके एनओसी पत्र को 45 मिनट के निर्धारित समय के भीतर जारी कर देंगे। इसलिए, हम आपको विश्वास दिलाते हैं कि आप हमारे ग्राहक को अच्छा विश्वास दिलाना चाहते हैं, इसलिए हम आपकी फाइल को हमारे अंत से बंद कर सकते हैं।

4). Your agreement is made with the sole proprietor company for which you need to clear your dues. As per act of 1996, article 14 depicted in an agreement.

4)। आपका अनुबंध एकमात्र प्रोप्राइटर कंपनी के साथ किया गया है, जिसके लिए आपको अपना बकाया चुकाना होगा। 1996 के अधिनियम के अनुसार, अनुच्छेद 14 एक समझौते में दर्शाया गया है।

Kindly resolve my problem and help me out i am mentally depressed with their call and threat's.

This is totally fraud company they are cheating to people and i am sharing their contacts below

I'm a person who is become part in data entry they trapped me without taking any registration fee and asked me to sent voter i'd after sending voter i'd they created agreement which is favour to themselves and they 700 forms to me which is gone fill by me u did perfectly but they said your qc report is failed and as usual asked money according to agreement and they are sending notices to me please attend court or else pay money of 38 thousand as penalty so
Please sir help me to overcome on this issue

Last week, my friend got a call from this fake company regarding work from home. The person said that you have to fill 700 forms within a week. If you are not able to complete work, you have to pay penalty of 4700/- . So according to his instructions, my friend started working and he completed all the forms within 4-5 days. Before submission, he told me to recheck all the forms and I rechecked all the forms twice. There were no mistakes. But when the forms are submitted, the quality was checked and he got a notice that your quality control is failed. Soon my friend got an email in which it was written that you have to pay penalty because of filling forms incorrectly, otherwise legal action would be taken against you.

Facing the same problem as others getting blackmailing calls an messages, continuesly to pay or they i'll take legal action against me i got sacred further searching for this enterprise i came to know these fraud
But they are disturbing me. Even though i completed their work on time making faults an forcing me to pay 4500 rs, rather have to deal with court an pay 1, 25000 for these. Started work from person named [ rahul sharma ], an getting mails from [ adv mihnaz ]

I have received one call from them for data entry work and they told me you have to complete 700 forms in 7 days and if you failed to do so or if you have done any mistake you have to pay some amount as penalty otherwise if i have completed my work successfully they will pay me 20 rs per form, so anyhow i am ready to do the work later i read their review of the same fraud they have done with so many people, but it is too late however i have completed the work with accuracy and submitted it on the time and also take screenshot for my records, when they provide me the report they failed me illegally, the content band everything is right still they are writing fail in that report. And they sent me an legal notice from some fake advocate on my mail, please help me to get the amount for my work

I had applied for a work from home job. Then one man called me and said u have to fill the 700 forms in 7 days in which 630 forms should be correct. If i completed the task they will pay me 14000 rs.and they will deduct 4500 rs from that salary. I was ingnoreing but he started calling me again and again so i decided to do that job. He took my aadhar card photo copy. And they gave me email and password later i had come to know that it was fake company. I still not started that work. I m ready do to that job but they will still asked for money and i m not that much reach i belongs to poor family. Plz help me to come out from this problme.
