I have shifted from mumbai to chennai and used the service of M/S VRL speed cargo movers, branch office at Mumbai and Head office at Bangalore.They promised for his own company insurance upto Rs 1 lakh for any damage and it will be settled in one week. on transportation items worth Rs 15000 got damaged and all details shared with the company email, whatsapp, spoken to company executive but there is no seettlement by them after 3 months. Moved my household goods from bangalore (10may18) to chennai (11may18) by vrl (Gstin: 29bmipp2468q3zz). It was a next morning delivery and they collected my money for insurance but i suspect they never filed an insurance. Insurance amount was collected as 10% and an 18% igst applied, while the policy number section on the consignment note says n/c. My bike got damaged in the transit and when i reported, they asked for quote from automobiles...
