Vrr constructions is a fraudulent firm, if you give 50, 000 rs as booking amount, then you are booked, if you continue to purchase a house they will cheat you for 15 lakhs, even if you cancel the agreement also they will cheat you for around 10 lakhs, they have different kinds of frauds, such as
1. They will convert your white money to black money
2. They wont give receipts correctly
3. Lands in all their ventures are...

I Mr.Ranjith kumar brought one open plot in VRR Royal enclave. At the time of selection they have shown one plot we selected that and given token amount. When i went to office for agreement paper they said its already soldout and registered you can select another one. I have selected another plot and agreement done for 10 days. I went to pay total amount after 9 days( With on days) they told me this plot also sold out you can select other....

I have booked one plot near dhammaipuda they didn't tell me besides one grave yard is there plot also sealed to two persons when i questioned pradeep and srinivas threatened me idid not given my money back i[censored] put 30 lakhs if problem comes they will give 40 lakhs... Again started... They will behave very polite before giving money after that they will harass kindly government higher authority put some action in 2018 also these type of people...
