I had ordered for one set of i8 earpods on 10.11.2018. Payment of rs.1499 was successfully made on 10.11.2018 ref id[protected]. I have received communication from hp-payumn that the payment of rs./1499.00 has been successful. Merchant vsk international has not sent any confirmation regarding the order placed / any communication regarding shipment till date. I have been trying to contact the merchant vsk international but not able to connect to them.

Ordered i8 earpods online from vsk2 international unitech arcadia, office no 814-b, sector 49, gurgaon, hariyana on dated 06.11.18 but when i received from blue dart courier, it looks a already used one and not working properly. So try to return but neither mail response nor any contact number available. No one have courtesy to respond on a single mails i m very disappointed with this type of online services. I want to return back and get my money.

So try to return but neither mail response nor any contact number available. I m very disappointed with this type of online services. I want to return back and get my money.

I ordered i8earpods with order id iep35685, delivered defective piece, one earpiece is working, and the other earpiece i can't able to remove from the box itself, it is damaged and fixed to the box only, these people are fraud, they don't respond to any further queries or concerns or problems or requests. I am trying to return the product, but these people are not responding to any emails,, they provided only [protected]@i8earpods.com, no contact number also. I want to return the product

I ordered i 8 earpods but got i7 earpods and even the delivery promised on 19th september 2018 and got delayed delivery on 22 nd september i ordered it to gift it to someone and now the person as left the city.
Very important please note the device is not working properly it's not getting connected with my phone. Sometimes the left earpod is connected and sometimes only the right one. Even there is no written informing inside the box or outside the box to instruct about connecting the device. I don't know how to return this n where to contact. I am feeling i have been cheated i have spend 1499 rs my hard earned money on these bad quality earpods

I ordered i8 earpods to gift it to someone but because of delayed delivery I got my product 4 days late and now it's no use for me .secondly the product shown on the instagram advertisement is not as per my expectations and to top it all the quality is also not that great .Thirdly it's not even connected with my phone .Some time the right earpods is working and sometimes the left earpod is working I am not able to connect them together and there is no instructions manual or anything inside the box or outside the box .Sound quality really bad .it's not even working properly also.I have sent a email to vsk2international also to return the earpods .There is other way to reach the seller..I want to return this product.

I am not satisfied with the product and wish to return it but i cannot find any proper channel for returning the product.

I purchased 2 usb portable juicer, which are not working now, i charge them for 5 hours, but not move for a second. U people don't have particular website which shown the pick up facility its appear to be fraud i want ur customer care no. I want the assurity if we return the product how i will get my amount. I want my full money back as soon as possible i am working women so i don't have tym to go post offic, it will better if the courier...

I received i8earpods yesterday. The consumer id is iep23416. I am satisfied for this product.. And i return it to vsk2 international yesterday... I want my refund as soon as possible. The courier name is overnite express and tracking number is [protected]. The problem of a product is very large to use.. And i am happy for this product so i want my refund

So try to return but neither mail response nor any contact number available. I'm very disappointed with this type of online services. I want to return back and get my money

I odered a pair of i8earpod from vsk international for 1499/. I have recieved through bluedart courier. When i open couier i saw that i got i7earpod istead of i8earpod. Markit value of i7 earpod maxmim 600. I pay 1499. Plz return my parcel. I am requesting you to take nesessary action for cheating me. My order no. Iep18606 amit jain. The porduct ordered is for "i8",

As per the advertisement, bill / paid (Pre paid) by me is for i8.

The contents of the packet received through bluedart was i7.

Both the products are totally different in performance and cost.

I have updated the feedback form with the details, to replace the i7 with i8 or refund my money.

There is no no responce.

No mail id to contact.
No phone / cell number to contact.

That does not even match with the ₹500/- earphones. I have ordered for i8 ear phones but i have received i7s earphones. But even that earphones are not working properly. I m requesting you to take necessary action for cheating customers.

I have booked i8 earpods from vsk2 international, gurgoan, i have recieved pack on 11.08.2018 through blue dart courier, invoice no iep13012. But inside content was i7s instead of i8. Lot of variance in rate between both the products. Even the product i have received is not working. I am requesting you to take necessary action on the company for cheating the costumers.

Dear sir/madam,
I have purchase cordless hair trimmer [order cht11977 ]
Its not good quality as i seen in video. Its not working as like that.

I have to return the same. But the company is not responding to me for return and refund the product. Its my mistake i have to verify dealer before purchase. Is fake website and fraud company giving me 200 rs china product in rs 800 rs. Kindly look in to matter, that should not happens with any other cuastomer.
