Dear sir,
I have purchased plot no. 36 ad-measuring plot area of 1614.6 sq. Ft (150 sq. Mt) out of v. C. I, p. H.71, mouza-shirur, tah-hingana, dist-nagpur (Layout in kh. No. 101 & 102, vyankatesh city (Tirumala developers) @ of rs. 450 for total consideration of rs. 726750 on 1st august 2010.

As per the terms & conditions of agreement, i have paid full sale consideration of rs.[protected].6 sq. Ft @ rs. 450). After payment of full consideration, four years has passed but till the time property dealer is not doing registry of the said plot after repetitive follow ups also. I have written letter to them on[protected] regarding the same but hey have given reply mentioning that layout sanctioning process is under progress & delayed due to administrative working of government level and registry will be done very soon but same thing not happened till 2016. Then again i have written letter to them to do registry on[protected] but till date no response from them & i am finding myself as a very helpless.

Please do something & help me out of this.
