The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

W302 charging problem
-I have purchased Sony Ericsson W302. It is still in warranty period. On charging the phone, a message was displayed - " Unknown Charger". I approached the nearest Sony Ericsson Service Centre. They deposited the phone and generated the work order no. SE309SG112117.
-On recieving the phone, the message is no more displayed but charging does not proceed for more the 10 minutes. The Second Job Order No. is SE309SG112399. br...

I have purchase your Model W302 on April, 2009.The mobile totaly dead on 2 nd Auguest2009. I go to Your Service Station on dated 03.08.2009. .Your Service men has taken my Mobile and given me Work Order NoSE309KRS12463. They Tel me to Call after 2 days later. I Call back them, their two telephone No was dead.
