No refund for my product

I had ordered a rado watch from the site and i got a defected product and i mailed them but they didn't respond to my mail after i demand for refund...

Return request not being addressed

I ordered Yacht-Master II in Everose Rolesor with an Oyster bracelet, but received YACHT MASTER 2 GOLD, hence requested a return and refund within an hour of receiving the product, but there is no response from anyone in Watchifie.com. They don't answer the phone [protected], neither do they respond over emails. There is no way to contact them for an update.
