Amc of ₹7500 taken but no answer and service provided nobody is answering the call

I have been shifted from Hyderabad to Bangalore recently.

I am having AO smith water purifier, which is to be serviced for start using here.

On[protected] With the google support, i found water purifiers servicing firm called "water solution", which is situated in address : " #231 BDA layout, 2nd Block, JP nagar 9th Phase, Bangalore-560062).

Service person contact : [protected], His boss : [protected].

After calling service person came and said a part requires replacement. He took 300/- for visiting and said part will be brought by[protected].

He came back on[protected], and said that part is yet to come, I[censored] take AMC that will be best for you to give their services.

He said every six months filters replacement will be done. On the belief, paid 7500/- AMC charges and 300/- visiting charges again.

Now it is 14 days, still there is no response from the person visited or his boss.

Requesting you to support for the refund of the amount i paid.

Attaching all the chats and the no. of calls i did them, There is nil response. I don't want to suffer any more.

Please kindly resolve.

I had purchased amc from these guys on 2/7/18 and it is valid till 2/7/19. According to the contract they are supposed to come for free service for a period of one year and repair free of cost if there is any issue. My water filter stopped functioning and for the past 2 days i am trying to contact the company. No one is picking the call from the company

The technician number is not reachable.

This is a fraud company, they charged very high price and also they have not changed the filter properly. The technician mentioned in bill that he changed sediment filter and charged me rs.2500 for that but that was never changed. Also other filter is not working. They stopped picking up call, i made consumer compliant against them, and send them letter, the post returned. Their address too is fake. #, pathetic, fraud company. Don't go for this.

I called the water solutions to come and repair my aquaguard water purifier, their technician pasha and mubrak ([protected]/[protected]) came off on the same day and told me that this filer and that filer is damaged and needs to be replaced, he suggested me to take amc for 5500rs and i did. Next service due date was after 3 months. They didn’t turned for service. After that i stared following up with water solution company. Daily they used to promise that they will come for service and at the end of they day they used give some excuses. They dragged almost 3 months. Now i am literally frustrated and not sure that what to do?

For the first time customers (Bakaras) they will come off on the same day and make fake promises, later once they have your money, you will never see them again, it’s not water solutions its a fraud solutions, never go for them. I will not spare them for sure. But be aware with this fraud company. Blew are some more umber which they use.
