Weebo Internet Complaints & Reviews

This company is pathetic service provider. The amount they charge is a good amount and yet the services are PATHETIC. I have to complaint at least 3 times a week to get my Internet up and running, there customer support is always unavailable. Half of the time the Internet does not work and when raised a complaint they resolve in a day. They are not providing what they promised for. They take 500rs per month for 200mbps where it hardly work 10 days properly without breaking.

I have disconnected by internet from Weebo due to very poor quality and significant internet downtime (~50% days the internet is not working). I have discontinued the use for the last 1 month and have informed them to collect their modem and refund the security deposit. However, even after 10 reminders no body has turned up. They donot even have a working email where I can revert back

I have cancelled the request on 14 sept and i was supposed to get a refund within 15 days uts been 3 months and i have still didnt received the refund on top of that the customer representative was ill mannered and very rude.

The wi-fi internet service provided by Weebo in East of Kailash, New Delhi is pathetic to say the least. The connection keeps getting interrupted every now and then while the operators don't pick up your calls. They have taken one-time payment of more than Rs. 3000 but when it comes to fixing their network, they are really not bothered. My work is suffering due to lack of internet.
