2. Problem case : lady patient unable to walk due to high fever, joint pains, body ache, dated 09 Sep 16,

3. Patient of 67 years, date_ 09 Sep16, lab no. [protected], bill no. 212851, Patient id[protected]

4. Patient approached the pathcare lab for the sample blood testing dated 10 Sep 16. They provided the sample testing results save evening all NEGATIVE for fever profile ( malaria, typhoid, dengue, NS1, chickungunya) on the payment of rupees 2500/- ( twenty five hundred only)

5. The problem persists till date, after contacting the lab, as they never contacted, no feedback, no humanitarian grounds, no moral obligation, the undersigned wanted to check the reports physically.

6. The lab senior executive Mr RAJKUMAR replies that " sir, at the first place, why u got testing done at the first day of fever, it should have been on the fourth day, and now we can't help you "

7. The irresponsible behavior on they part o[censored]nprofessionalism as a doctor or laboratory as a saviour of general public has made the poor old lady suffering from fever into mental agony and financial damage.

8. All doctors expect new samples reports, these private clinic are under the specialist like in this case Dr peasant purwa, MBBS, DCP, CONSULTANT PATHOLOGIST.

9. I could afford to pay 2500 rupees and can get it another time. However, it's disheartening that it seems such PVT labs are not being adviced by the senior Pavel of doctors, where lower level of supervisors could advice, the sample takers like Mr Naveen, who attended collection of sample as to when samples to be taken, after how many days.

10. In such cases, patients feels cheated, hood winked and feels such services within the city are just money making agencies not really for any humanitarian concept, which is the first pledge, any doctor does before his/ her passing out as a full fledged doctor.

11. It's in the benefit of the pathcare, that we have Belief in your team. But it's a request to senior management to insist n guide the team to take realistic timeframe, so that patients like us can take proper medication which is totally based on your report.

12. I have been detected with chikungunia, where as, your report just makes me feel all fake, all negative. I am very disheartened and my faith as an royalty lady in this city is again questionable for any humanitarian support as now, when ever I called your lab, for a repeat test, they are not responding properly, they keep saying hello.. Hello... Hello... On phone.

13. They have my numbers, they haven't arranged a call back. They rather day, it's my mistake as to why I asked for samples when the fever just begun. I guess it's your responsibility too advice the patient, who approach you with immense faith. Doctors are doing a noble cause and our faith is so immense on you all Indian doctors, who are recognized world wide, not just good money, but for humanitarian reasons.
