I m 2 month pregnant and about my health check up I went to doctor and she give me some test for my health issues and after that I done all my test from asansol Medicare image diagnostic and after getting my TSH REPORT 8.41 and then I visited again doctor with my reports after that she gave me medicine of thyroid and after taking medicine of thyroid I got many complications regarding my health like headaches fever vomating lose motion etc then again my father done my thyroid test with different two diagnosis then my thyroid come normal in that both diagnostic here I want to complain about giving wrong reports by Medicare imaging diagnostic in asansol

Dear sir / madam

One of our patient admitted in narayani hospital in andul road and operated yesterday 24th april 2020.

Due to this lockdown we are unable to visit the hospital and therefore we contacted the hospitals in the folliwing numbers

1. [protected] - this call receiver was a south india lady denied to give her name & behaved very badly.

She told she is not having time to talk to me and she can not give any information to us.

Hospital is a service centre people come to get treatment and providing information about the patient is hospital's priority.

Instead of providing infiormation narayani hospital officials harassing when the outside situation is dangerous.

This is not the first time narayani superspeciality hospital is misbehaved in the past also there are instances where narayani officials misbehaved & disconnected calls number of time to avoid patient's relatives.

Our humble folded hand request to you please do not spoil our state west bengal's name & tradition. Narayani is a very big set up hospital and well known to all. So at this stage no one should not get such a ill treatment just for enqiring about a operated patient's health condition.

We hope you authority will take immediate action against narayani hospital for this misbehaviour.

My father shri surendra nath bairagi was admitted to desun hospital, kolkata on 25.02.2020 by 4:00pm and on 26.02.2020 i was informed that the first day bill amount is around rs. 70000/-. The hospital authority refused to provide any written bill as well as the details of the investigations and medicines consumed in quantity stating that the patient is admitted u der wbhs and they can provided the printed bill on at the time of discharge.
I just want to know the reason for charging every penny in the bill as i suppose the hospital is charging much higher than it actually should be.

On 2nd april 2019 i booked a senior citizen health check up package for 3rd april at suraksha diagnostic centre madhyamgram branch.. I categorically asked them when the doctor would come for doing usg... They informed me that at around 9.30 doctor would come.. On 3rd april, i. E today i went there at 9.15 and done all the blood tests.. But in spite of knowing that i had whole abdomen usg and i didnt have any urine pressure, doctor called...

I had gone for a hyperpigmentation problem to dr. Rajib roy (Gracia cutis in kolkata). He behaved so nicely with us and on critical observation, suggested we don't need laser treatments; chemical peels would do the job within 6 sessions. So we got into a package of 6 chemical peels. Having gone through 3 sessions of chemical peels and seeing no such significant improvements he told us to go for laser treatments (Which he constantly said won't work when i asked him during the sessions). When my father asked him about the improvements he reacted in such a way that is very unlikely of a doctor. He insulted us by calling names, asking us to leave the premises and that he will see us in court regarding the issue of refund.
We paid 10k and got 1400 as a refund.
According to my knowledge if 50% of the treatment is undone we should have gotten 50% of the amount we paid. But, then again since there was no improvement we should have gotten the full amount. This guy is such a trickster that he knows how to manipulate his patients and get them hooked on his treatments. And of course they come in packages. It is a matter of disgrace that this doctor is a charlatan and we have been duped by him.

Patient mrs mallika pattanayak was admitted in anandolok hospital(raniganj) for tumour operation in the month of May 19 under dr j.k.shah, after almost 16days patient noticed that urinal leakage is happening, for consultation patient consulted dr and as advised she came to Kolkata anandolok being said that this is an urinal injury caused by catheter removing and blamed responsible r.m.o.
Reaching Kolkata dr advised to visit R.G.kar hospital, patient did so carrying catheter throughout(advised by j.k.shah). Seeing Mismanagement in r.g.kar patient’s family took decision not to admit her there and again consulted dr shah, dr shah advised to do cystoscopy in anandolok (karunamoyee) .cystoscopy report said that almost 6cm injury was in urinary bladder and Predicted root cause as negligence of dr shah at the time of operation.
For these all being patient’s family decided to Consult Narayani hospital(vellore), .
There under treatment of dr a.karthikeyan patient came to know that fistula has been developed and that causes the urinal leakage and she went for another operation, which is successful and she is fine now.
For neglegance and misguidance of dr j.k.shah patient suffered a lot in terms of hectic, life risk as well as huge expense.

Path lab test results are most important to diagnose the patient's disease.It is very confusing to note a wide difference in the charge in different diagnostic centres. At kankurgachi-phool bagan area charge of blood test for detection of sugar level varies from as low as Rs35 to high of Rs160. Such wide difference raise question is the path lab charging so low price really dependable.If the answer is yes whether the path lab charging Rs160 is fleecing the gullible public.

In may 2017, my mother was treated in kpc hospital at jadavpur for an ulcer/ tumor on tounge. Till discharging time after operation, doctor told everything was ok and to collect the biopsy report later. Almost after 10 days biopsy report collected and it was reported as cancer & the doctor advised to consult oncologist immediately for further surgery & radiation. We then with all reports approached tata medical center, kolkata and followed...

Dear council,

My wife had cyst at back which is only 1 mm. She went to cmri opd first to get it treated. There dr debashis mukherjee from general surgery treated her with some medicines and asked to come after 7 days for operation. Next time this doctor whom we worship as god are no more better than criminal told that with all lot of jargons about his implications and can turn to tumour in any part of body and now asked to operate it soon as swelling has subsided. With this he came up with many medical tests to be performed before operation and then asked his assistant to give estimation which was almost 50000/- with a night stay at hospital for simple cyst to be operated. When i told them that you are simply robbing people then he came with alternative that if we go for day care then charges will be reduced by 15000/- as in that case it will be difficult to get reimbursement from medical insurance.
I wonder how this kind of butchers and most importantly this private hospitals are allowed to present bill estimation with no standard way of practice as in other reputed hospital this case is getting done with one third of earlier quoted price. Few months back there was an agitation with wrong billings and overpriced billings and govt of west bengal vowed to check this menace.
But sorry to found that this practice is still going unabated and no one is bother to check that and more importantly this kind of doctors like dr debashish should be penalised by overcharging patients and making undue profits in wrap pf private hospital and which are also helping and making their profits.

I have filed a complaint with state medical council in 2014.

Later i filed a consumer case also

After 3 years medical council wants me to appear before them for investigation.
Since my case is pending at consumer fora, i want to hold investigation at medical council now. But they are saying they are not debarred from investigation even if matter is pending consumer forum.

Pls suggest in this scenario, should i and can i withdraw my complain from consumer forum?

Dear sir,
With lot of grief i am writting this mail. My wife shanti lata chakraborty undergo biteral knee replacement surgery under dr ronen roy. While doing the operation infected blood has been given to her and she is diagnosed as hepatitis b positive. Why will be people going to a reputed hospital like fortis and spending 4 lacs to get the treatment done and return with hepatitis b infective. Do you think this is expected?
I have send feedback to the hospital before and they are simply not bothered.

Dental clinic doctor behavior and fees are not reasonable. Dental clinic not making proper bill, if you ask them they are shouting just like gunda/mowali behavior. This is the shame for our country, being a doctor can behave with his patient.
This is the clear indication they are sitting in the clinic for earning money. Patient treatment in not they are priority.

Pl. Request to our honorable dept. Rectify the same

My wife went to dr arunangsu banerjee (Nephrologist, attached to burdwan medical college) on 12.8.17 at his chamber in his own house at new dangalpara, suri, birbhum with some urinal problem & back pain. Fees-rs.300/-. He advised for some tests. On 19.8.17, when we went to the srl lab of chandannagore, technicians could not understand 3 points (Yellow marked) written on prescription. Then my relative went to the doctor with a photocopy of prescription and requested him to clarify that 3 points. As soon as he hear the word "srl", he thrown out the prescription and said "i could not clarify & get out from here". Outside the chamber, his asstt. Said to do it at "kamala diagnostic' otherwise doctor would not entertain. As a result, the tests were incomplete.
