West Bengal Private Bus Complaints & Reviews

Sir,
Barrackpur - Howrah bus no. - WB23D5869 charged extra fare and misbehave from Sodepur to Howrah station.
The actual fare scheduled by the Government is Rs. 15/- but sir all Barrackpur - Howrah private bus pressure to pay Rs. 25/-. It is totally unauthorized.
Sir I am a daily passenger, work at Howrah station and have to go Howrah station regularly. So is impossible to pay regularly.
Please take necessary action to solve the problem.

Dear Sir/Madam,
As we got to know that the fare of private bus is not going to increase as west Bengal Government is going to provide Rs.15000 per bus per month.
But still private buses are taking extra fare from us(50%-100% extra). In this current situation where market price is so high and our income is low, we are unable to provide this huge traveling allowance.
So I am requesting you to kindly look into this matter and help us.
