I have joined the membership in 2017 for 5 years. I had paid Rs. 75, 000. I was told to take a sample booking to test the holidays. I booked one at Hyderabad for 3 days. I was very happy as the booking was done at Hotel Eela at Hyderabad. I then asked to help me in encashing the free gift of one week which they extended since i had other urgent errands. I was given extension till March 2019 to use them. I booked on Jan 28 for Mahabaleshwar for 4 days. I did not get any response. I phoned the no. provided to us and spoke to one Mr. Manoj Pillai. Whe i enquired about Ms. Divya he told that she has been transferred to another location and that he will take care of my requirement. I reminded after 5 days that there is no reply still from the company. Later when i got Manoj on the line, by mistake he must have picked up the phone, and he said he will reply the next day. However no reply as usual. After this day there is no reply to the phone and the mails are also returning. I hope somebody takes the person responsible to task and help in getting the amounts paid back to them. I am a senior citizen and was not getting holidays when desired. I have since retired hoping to enjoy holidays at will, this thing happend. I would like you to help me in getting my money back and also to book the culprits.

We also have signed the membership with western holiday club pvt. Ltd. No proper response from them and many time i call customer service but no one is responding our calls. Vijay who always pick the call and says wrong number vijay is not here this is wrong number and cut the phone. Customer satisfaction is zero... No customer relation.. Once you have paid. Just bear the pain. They are not bothered to provide you service.
I want my money back... I dont want stress anymore. Western holidays are completely fraud and cheat the customers. Just bloodly cheaters

We all are cheated by them, I am not sure if consumercomplaints.in will help us.
I request you perform following two task
1 - Call consumer help line[protected] number and file the Grievance.

2 – File online police complaint at Chaturshringi Police station using below link.

Chaturshringi – They had their office near to this police station.
3. Send me Grievance number/Police complaint number and your phone number in below email address

We/I can take these all number and send legal notice to company, please have someone from Pune join me so we can visit police station.
I have tried to book holiday but they are not providing the proper response. I may not get my money back from them but at least I would like to see some legal action against this company and people. Please do not think the will provide service due to this and do not take complaint back if you file it.
Even if pay AMC amount they will not do the booking and will keep you just hanging so you can fed up and stop calling them. I have many time tried to ask for other office address other phone but they refuse to provide it.
