I am a member of Western India Film Producers' Association, Mumbai and since my membership was ending on January 15, 2022, I applied for membership renewal for 3 years and as requested by them I paid Rs. 1550 for the same as a renewal fees including card charges and postage charges as mentioned in receipt given by them. After two months have been passed, when I didn't receive my card, I called them and now they are asking me for more money...

Dear Sir/Madam, I Mr. Sangram Shirke, I having account in SBM since 1 Year and Now the complaint is I have activated online banking so while activating by default they took My mobile number [protected].I request you to change my mobile number to [protected] for official Purpose.
