About recharge
I have recharged the fast tag via fund transfer to the account no. of wheelseye. The amount is deducted from my account but it is not reflected in wheels eye wallet. Wheels has changed the bank from IDFC to ICIC but i have transferred fund through NEFT to IDFC account because i have added this account to my beneficiary account details and unaware that wheels eye have changed the banking details. Anyway, I have transferred fund and transaction was successful, but the amount is not there in wallet. I am not getting appropriate support from customer care service as well.

Closing My Wheelseye Fastag

Due to the unfortunate demise of my father
We have 3 vehicles whose Fastag are issued from wheelseye, now we are selling those vehicles so we want to close all the fast tags.
and I've cleared out all the dues outstanding and sent all the documents that is required for closure.
i already complaint this to Wheels eye but they said
As per your request, we have validated your case and found that your vehicle is blacklisted from our side, As per your concern, your case has been forward to the Bank to White-list your fastag.
and they just sending this reason again and again. i completed all the closure documentation .i already sent them 2 mails but got this response only .
Wheels Eye Complaint ticket ID for your reference is 605061.
i want to close this issue ASAP .

fastag recharge not reflected in or credited to wallet

I transferred rs.1, 000/= towards fastag recharge amount, on 3.1.2020, from my account with axis bank. My bank statement shows the amount as having been duly debited to my account, and credited to beneficiary (Yourselves) on same day.
The said amount has not been appearing in available balance in my wallet. However, the same is duly appearing as "success" transaction in my wheelseye app on the mobile.
Please arrange to credit the amount to my wallet immediately.
