I recently bought whisper ultra soft packing of 15 pads 371 mm from nearby store in Laxmi Nagar, Delhi.Upon opening the pack I came across that the inner packaging is not the same. The individual wrap of pad is in bright peachy colour and it smelled so strong.
After opening it I found the pad to be totally different. Lots of blue gel is being used and the cover is hard. This was a big shock to me.

I’ve been using Whisper since I’ve started getting menses but since last 3/4 months I’ve been getting bad quality pads from whisper, it doesn’t stick its getting swirlled
The bedsheets and clothes all are getting spoiled because of this bad pad
The company should compensate for this...

As I used this sanitary pad from long time i am used to of this product. But from the last few months I am noting that pad has some sticking issue because its not affix properly and another my issue is that edges of the pad are becoming very poor in quality as before it was . The edges open automatically after 2-3 hours of the use . So please work on it..

I am using this product from past 15 years and now from past 6 months its getting irritating.. the problem i am facing now are given below ..please read the problem and solve it as soon as possible...
1. WINGS ARE TOO SHORT
2. GUM DOES NOT STICK
So, those two things are not working like they should
And this time of months is already irritating enough for us ... so please there is no need to add more

This pad stay put only while sticking it... Once I start walking few steps it's wings get swirl and cover the sponge area and then the blood will always get messy in my dress, the wings don't stick properly so it covers the pad and block the way between blood and sponge. It's irritating. And also the pad easily tears off even while inside the panty. If I walk for 20 minutes I can feel the pad just being a mess inside my panty it's useless. And also the shape of wings make it more vulnerable to get torn. Pad doesn't stick properly and the wings and sponge... Over-all it's all a problem. Worthless product. Stayfree is way better than this ### thing

I have been using whisper pads since 9 years but i am totally unsatisfied with the quality of product now. Its just a paper with no absorbing and retaining quality. Will never recommend this product to anyone.

I think i got a really bad batch. The glue that holds all the layers is very poor quality. So the top layer starts to peel off from the corner with just an hour. It's never been this way. I've been using it for over 10 years. Suddenly the quality has gone down. I really hope it was a one off case.

From last few months ...due to usage of whisper pads ### infection is happening n i am not the only one who is suffering but there are many girls in my known suffering from ### infection due to whisper pads

Got a duplicate in market. Non absorption. Kindly pay attention.

I was using whisper ultra night pads, the packet wasn't damaged but when I took out the pads, all of them have several tiny holes in it, even on the pad.
It was night time and I had only one packet left so I used it. Due to those holes I had stained my clothes with blood.
Quality of whisper is getting worse

I have been using whisper for almost 3 years and by each and every passing year it's quality is worsening. Not only the gum used is of bad quality but also the material used for making the products sucks. It has resulted in rashes a lot of times and it is not at all comfortable to wear. Most importantly it never stays in the same place and crumples resulting in leakage

I am using whisper ultraclean pads and all day and nigh whisper pads from last so many years. i never had any complaint. But recently may from last 6 months or so pads have become very thin and they are unable to absorb normal liquid also forget about heavy bleeding periods. as soon as it is half absorbed it is starting leaking. I am a working women i have embarassing situations so many times because of this. And when am returning home and sitting on two wheeler the liquid is heavily leaking from the pad and is spreading to entire cloths till the seat of the two wheeler. The very thin pad is unable to absorb or lock the liquid.I
have from today decided to avoid using these pads. Searching for some good quality pads.

As i remove the sticker from sanitary pads it also tear the pads base. So then they are of no use. And then their is a leakage.
Please register my complaint and give me the new packet.

Very bad and poor quality of the product

I got rashes every time i have tested all the types from whisper ultra please test ur products because it's a very necessary product for all people. Pl make your product for all skin type. Its getting irritating more than the periods pain pl test ur products and sell it. I lost my money it's doesnt matter but my rashes and itching on that on that area it affect mentaly and physically.

Whisper is the brand I have been using since I got my period, but these days you guys are going overboard with the fragrance you put in pads. Actually some people can be allergic to this. I don't hate my period smell as much I hate the napkins smell. It's not even mild, it's severe. Please stop putting this in the pads

Before 3 to 4 months it was good as it was made up of cotton. But now it is giving worst smell... And feeling that we r gonna die bcuz of that... Plz make it with cotton as before... The plastic is sticky to skin 😣😣😣.. Getting irritation and rashes because of it. Also plastic is not good to our health. Unable to bear the smell and it is horrible. U mentioned on the pack as flower scent but no way it is like that.

I have had used whisper sanitary pads from years, never faced any issue till now, but since last 3-4 months whisper ultra pads are using bad quality of contents/ingredients which is causing irritation all over the skin and yeast infections as well. Whisper is using cheap quality material to make this product. It is really harmful to female health and hygiene.
From last 3 months i am facing this issue and its has shown seriously harmful results now.

There are duplicate products of whisper are selling in shops. The product is too improper and of cheap quality. Considering the low price people will go for this product without knowing the reality. Common people will buy this duplicate product without understanding it's serious side effects. This will cause serious health issues to women using this napkins. It causes irritations and rashes in private parts. Immediate actions must be taken to stop selling of these duplicate cheap quality products.

This is written not to complain about the product or it's quality but this is a suggestion by me for the company to try finding some alternatives for the plastic packaging the company is providing. Its an increasing necessity to find alternative ecofriendly material instead of plastics. Plastic burning is not good for humans as well as for our environment as u know.
Whisper company can be a leader in a world full of plastics. The company may think not only about alternative plastic packaging but can also about selling only cotton pads in place of plastic napkins. We r waiting for an eco friendly alternative by whisper to manufacture the pad...
I wrote this in my personal interest and i hope the company would take a step forward for a better future.
Hope is the only thing left with us, the so called future generations... Kindly take steps... Help us... We have to take action right now. If not now then when...☺

I have been using whisper since 7 years but since last 5-6 months the product quality is degrading day by day. The quality of pad is deteriorating. Speically the one's with fragrance is the most irritating once. Im pretty sure most of the users started getting problems using the fragrant ones. The pad is stick on cloth. Ans i got skin irritations and itching and redness at my # area. I am currently having lot of issues with this product....

I've been a long time consumer of your product, and always believed that it's one of the best pads out in the market, but for the past few months I've been noticing a great fall in the quality of the product, it's really sad that even after paying such great costs for a handful of pads, we're still not getting the quality. The top sheet tears every now and then making it so uncomfortable.
So I hereby request you to raise your quality.

I have been using whisper since 5years and I liked this one after trying out all other brands now ts very dissapointing that it has the WORST Quality its very thin n does not stay firm and very uncomfortable to use it...in simple it was best and now it's worst...Kindly don't bring down the quality to make more money.. This is highly dissapointing for loyal customers like me..and I have seen other comments and even they reported the same complaint regarding the quality and surprisingly nothing has been changed. You guys are just running behind money than giving importance to quality of the pad. Even after shelling out so much money and we get this quality cheap product..am done with this brand.. I don't want ur sorries or any kind of acknowledgement kindly work on the product.

The packaging sticks to the product making it unusable. Had to throw out the biggest pack that we got. Absolutely unacceptable. Can't attach the photo of the napkin because the size is too big to be uploaded but the green outside covering just wouldn't come off. This was the last pack we had and i had to urgently go out to get more while still bleeding

We are three females in the family. We all three faced some infection in the groin area. It was very itchy and rash all over the place. Didn't realize at first what is causing the infection. We took a prescription from the doctor and it started drying out after some days but it started all over again after some time. It took time to realize that the pads we are using are the reason for the infection.

After almost three months we stopped using whisper pads and finally, we are infection free.

Not all the pads of whisper brand are bad but especially with the perfumes are bad.

Please don't use chemicals to make pads smelly. Women's health is on risk.

This is to bring to your notice that in almost all the telugu channels, the ads belonging to the brand"whisper choice" is bringing out a specific name of our caste (As mrs. Reddy). I don't understand the reason why you people are taking out our cast name.. Which is no way related to this ad. It is hurting our feelings. So, remove this discrimination from the ad as soon as possible or else we need to take a legal action regarding this. Expecting a reply soon.

This is to bring into u r notice that i had purchased a packet of whisper ultra clean so size xl+ (30 pads packets) and when i opened it to my surprise i found it to be completely infested with ants... Pads were converted to a mesh - multiple holes created by ants. This is a severe breech in the maintenance of product.
Kindly consider this matter seriously

I have been using whisper for almost 6 years now. There are 2 major problems that have developed with this product:

1. The outer plastic covering is becoming worse by the day. It is now a cheap, thin material that tears and sticks on the back of the pad when i try to remove it. This degradation of quality has been steady, and has now reached a peak, which prompted me to lodge this formal complaint.

2. Earlier, there was a difference in the colour of outer plastic of the 2 sizes of pads: l and xl. L was light green and xl was dark green. This made it easy to differentiate between the two. Now, both sizes have the same colour and cheap plastic.

I have been using only whisper but since last 6-7 months the product, the quality, the packaging is degrading day by day. Earlier the packaging of pads used to be so great material but now its been replaced by some cheap plastic cover. The quality of pad, the absorption level is going the levels never expected. It is real good way to trick people. First give them quality products then slowly increase its price and then finally finish its quality. These companies are supposed to make health amd hygiene friendly products and then make profits out of it but saddly its other way round or just the profit part of the round. I was a loyal consumer but the company could not be enough loyal to its consumer. Going this way i dont see any good future of this company.

I am a teenager and i was okay with whisper ultra because only it is comfortable when i go to school. But nowadays l size pads are not available in any shop. Please do take care of it. It is a need for us. Please do take care of this problem. I've searched for l size pads in many shops including medical shops and all i could find was xl size pads. Even my mom uses only l size pads or so u can also produce s size pads. That would be really helpful for students like us. You must take care of the sizes most immediately. I request this on behalf of all my friends
