Wings fab product — cheap quality saree

I ordered a sky blue and cream designer silk saree product no wfs1024) cost rs.670/-which was brilliantly displayed in the website of wingsfeb.com and was advertised on facebook. But i received a very local orange colour saree which is not suitable to wear i tried reaching their number which is mentioned on the delivery slip but numbers are not working

I was trying to exchange my order but I couldnt contact any customer care number.. need immideate response. If not 'll take severe action on this website.
