Wipro - Date Of Joining & Onboarding Delay Complaints & Reviews

Hi team,
I have received offer from Wipro as joining date is 25th July
Now my HR is telling 1 week delay due to the approval pending from onboarding team.

Please help me I am having a depends as my retired Father, mother and wife.

Writing this to bring out the injustice, unhelpful and unfair situation caused during such tough times by Wipro.

I received my offer letter from Wipro and my joining date was supposed to be on 6th July. I left the previous organization (INFOSYS)on 5th July. And on doj i find out that my date of joining in wipro is going to be postponed to September 5th which they mentioned on addendum letter.and i got no response from hr. Tried contacting other people who are involved in my recruitment process got info that Wipro ceo has ordered not to take any employees onboard ..which is very unfair ..people left their jobs and waiting to join with Wipro becomes jobless now which not at all acceptable.

As per my offer letter my joining date is 28 October 2021, but as my last working day is 8 November, in current organization, so I asked hr to change it, later it got changed to 11 November 2021, I also got the addendum letter,
But now in embark portal still the previous date is showing, I m worried if I will not receive WebEx joining, than where I will go, and to whom I will ask for the help, I am actually...

I have received the appointment letter on the 19th of April 2021 and my DOJ is 05 May, 2021 but recently again I received an addendum appointment letter with the date of 06/05/2021.
