Replacement of Chair

Dear Team
I have purchased 10 chairs of Wipro Candid Mid Black Mesh Ergonomic Home & Office chair with Synchro Tilt Mechanism, 4 way adjustable on 26th Sep'2022 against order No[protected], PO No-193, Inv No-BLR8-950955, Inv Details- KA-BLR8-[protected]-2223, Out of which we are facing issue with one chair, it is tilted to one side and the balance is also not fit.
As the same is under warranty, request you to kindly replace the same ASAP.

Refund issue

Hello Team,
I purchased a table from Wipro Furniture worth (Rupees 7, 560) from their official online store.

I cancelled the order before got the delivery and raised a Refund request. I mail them on 25th May, 2021 and I got the Complaint/Ticket ID.
Complaint/Ticket ID is: #GSI[protected].
Then they requested for the Bank details, so that they can refund the amount. I provided the same on email.
After that they didn't respond. It's been more than a month since I raised complaint.
I request to the Consumer Complaint department team to please support me.

Complaint marked as Resolved Today, I got the mail from company, they have refunded full amount. Got the mail from "[email protected]"

Faulty executive chairs

Never buy wipro products if you don't want to waste your money. Pathetic customer service provided by wipro.
Recently i bought 6 executive chairs from magi interiors pvt ltd.
Which is a dealer of wipro furniture. The design of chairs that i received were faulty which caused me back pain. The chair was tilted at weird angle which in turn caused me neck and back pains.
I wrote multiple emails to the wipro team (Vibrant solutions; himamshu koppal (Wg01 - wipro consumer care & lighting); jagadeesan raman (Wg01 - wipro consumer care & lighting)).
But there was no response from their side so i threatened them that i would file a complaint in the consumer court if they didn't repair or replace the chairs i bought.
The threat worked and i received response on 27 january from the wipro team that their man is coming to repair the chairs.
A person from magi interiors pvt ltd came and reapired the chair but the problem started persisting again within few days so i mailed them the problem .
Instead of solving the problem magi interiors pvt ltd started questioning my sitting position although their repair man himself checked the chair and said that its faulty.
I incurred losses in logistics while shifting the chairs for repairs again and again . Still the problem persists .
I have been complaining since january and now its april
